Davenport vacation 2024
Very nice property, very spacious and quiet. My favorite part was the pool in the back of the house. There is also a larger pool at the clubhouse which provides a gym, a food grill with a vast menu, and activities to do like jewelry making and crafts. The only negative thing I found annoying was entering and exiting the main gate. Because there are so many guests and residents at this property, getting in and out was quite dangerous. I think if the complex corrected this issue, it would alleviate the fear of getting hit. There were employees at the gate, so it would be helpful if they could help navigate traffic. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Would definitely stay again!!

We loved it
We loved the property and its close proximity to the clubhouse. The only recommendation I would have is to have more bath towels and wash cloths per bathroom. We basically had one towel and wash cloth per person for 5 days. I would recommend bringing extra towels. The couch could use an upgrade but if you aren’t in the house much it’s not that big of a deal. Other than that it was great and we would definitely stay again!

Solterra Resort is a nice place. Our kids enjoyed the community facilities and having a pool at our condo was great. Need to plan extra time to get to Disney. It is about 40-50 mins by car for to traffic.

Great Stay!
It was great! The pool and gym we really enjoyed. They had tvs in all the bedrooms which was great for everyone. Big dinning room table and 4 bathrooms!Close to the airport and all the Disney Parks! Its located in a great facility. Would stay again!

The house was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Host had open communication with us and made sure we were aware of checking in process etc. The only thing I could possibly say we noticed was the vents were dusty and we have allergies so it affected us nothing some meds can’t fix though. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind for next time.

We stayed here for a week during a Disney trip with my family, I was surprised by the condition of the couch and it was clear the cupboards had suffered a fire or melting at some point. The fridge filter needed charged and beeped constantly as soon as you opened it, which I asked the property manager about but it was never addressed. The front door didn’t have a proper handle. Overall the house has its many quirks. It was fine to stay at for the time, and would pass as a budget stay. We have stayed at other homes in this neighborhood before and we love the area, but we won’t stay at this property again.

Perfect townhouse for the family
This place is located but 20 minutes from Orlando. Plenty of space for everyone, kitchen was fully stocked. Everyone enjoyed the community pool amenities, you can walk to the clubhouse.

Perfect place!
This place was the best experience! from booking, to communicating with the owners, to check in and access the property, to check out! everything was smooth and easy. the owners are fantastic and extremely quick to reply to any and all questions. The thought of all the questions before we even could. the intimate pool right out the back door was perfect for morning and evening dips, we couldn't keep our 4 yr old out of it. the unit itself was clean and beautifully decorated. my husband and son spent much time playing pac man lol. We can't wait to stay here or at another property of theirs again soon! thanks again for a great trip!!

Great Family Vacation
We recently returned from a week stay and our family had so much fun on this trip. Our girls loved having the pool in the backyard. We had a couple of cooler days, so the heated pool was definitely a bonus. The resort was a short distance to the Disney parks. The house provided plenty of space for our family on our nonpark days. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We look forward to our next trip to Orlando!

Disapointing stay
This place has potential but we left disappointed. Positives: The bedrooms all have comfortable beds with great bedding. Negatives: First and foremost, communication. This is managed by a property management team and not a family . When i had a problem and would reach out, they would often respond by ignoring my concerns and instead tell me about how the garbage system works / not to lose towels. Our pool heater was broken therefore we couldn't use the pool the whole week (despite paying extra for the heater and only renting that place because there was a pool). When I asked for my refund i was ignored and had to ask again (I did end up getting it after we got home). The home is in a major need of a deep clean. There was clearly recently a fire in the kitchen as some of the cupboards are melted and there are stains on the ceiling. The couch in the main room is incredible uncomfortable / ripped and needs to be replaced badly. There are not enough towels - no bath mats are provided which means we had to use tiny hand towels on the floor. Towel racks are all loose, lightbulbs are burnt out / missing, carpets are stained, baseboards are dirty, walls are covered in marks. I was told there would be shampoo / conditioner but there wasn't. I reached out about these issues and was told that the place will be painted, but nothing regarding the rest. I was honest during our stay regarding our disappointment but no solutions were offered. We left the place cleaner than we found it.

Beautiful house great location
The house was great! It had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. It’s close to food, and supermarkets. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved having their own bathrooms. The clubhouse was great too. The kids loved the slide and the heated pool and being able to get drinks was a bonus. The owners were very responsive and emailed us things to do in the area which was really helpful. I don’t have anything but positive things to say about our stay!

Looks great in pictures but …
Was very hopeful and excited when booking this property for a much needed birthday long weekend getaway. Showed up to a heap of trash and bugs at the entry door. Unable to gain access into home at check-in time as entry code was not working. Then was in touch with property manager who gave me his access code to gain entry. Once inside , was very clear to see the condo had not been cleaned. Offensive. Property manager stated would get in touch with cleaning company and have us in and relaxing within a couple hours. Seven hours later - we were back in and condo was only semi- clean. I then spent two hours sanitizing and cleaning to a tolerable state. Was offered at least one night refund and cleaning refund by property manager but that has proved to be an empty promise. Buyer beware here to say the least.

As a family of four adults we really enjoyed staying in this property. A perfect size it has everything your need and is well equipped and super clean. The location is great, handy for local shops and not too far from the Disney parks. Richard was an excellent host fast to answer any questions and very proactive. Only thing to consider is the pool area is fairly small.
