I made the mistake of booking this hotel. My room had a weird smell, overall it was dirty. Plumbing behind toilet had to be turned on to work. Faucet was leaking, tv didnt work. Fridge was pretty rusty. Expedia is doing a disservice by allowing people to give this place anything above a one star. I would not reccommend this hotel.

Only a few one minor things, we encountered a few little bugs when we got there, the carpet is old and had a funny smell, the bathroom drain was broken..but it does seem the property is getting some work, some updates which is good, we only stayed one night, no noise which was good..not too bad

You get what you pay for, unfortunately...

The room was very hard to find, odds in one hallway, evens, wayyyy on the opposite corridor, strange setup. I thought from the previous great reviews, I had found a gem, unfortunately not. Carpet was stained, renovations going on, which was fine, but when you put a guest next to a room that the windows are covered with black plastic, it kind of gives a horror film vibe. We left the next morning, without even showering.

The renovated part of the property is ok however the initial room we got was the worse with mould and bad odor in carpet. The staff was able to change our room however they wanted us to check out at 11 the next day and checkin in again at 3pm which was not convenient. Pool area is good , lots of gecko in the area however they kept it clean. This hotel is very close to Ripleys , the eye and Disney universal

Would not recommend at all. Simply because of the condition it is in. I arrived to the hotel and staff were quite rude, almost as if they didn’t want you there. Entered the room and it was sad, dirty at first glance. Cockroaches big and small dead on the floor. Some live as well. One live in the telephone. There was this dirt in-between all the appliances, beds, dressers orange like consistency. The room had not been ready or cleaned for my reservation. Horrible. I could not stay the nights.
