It was a well maintained property. Many places to visit in the area were around 30min but it was due to local traffic issues. In general, a good place for families to stay.

Wonderful stay. Kids enjoyed the pools and water park. Suites were big and kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Washer and dryer came in very handy! Will definitely stay again!

Property looked to be unfinished... of course only saw the exterior and the lobby as when I arrived was greeted by a group of 6-7 others also waiting to get a room. After waiting for over an hour, it was my turn to find out that my room was not available. In fact, no rooms at all were available. Completely unacceptable... then couldnt even get confirm that they would refund my money (all prepaid). Thankfully Orbitz was able to refund my room amount. Just an awful, awful experience. Ended up sleeping in rental car waiting for an alternate room at a different resort to open up.

Property was safe. Resort was very clean. Hot tub broke down day 1 when we arrived and was still down 7 days later at the terrace. Shuttle booked to Walt Disney did not arrive to pick us up. The resort was very nice to get us an Uber but delayed our start getting to the attraciton sight.

I didn’t even know I was VIP, there was nothing stating that and nobody told me. The room was very nice and clean. I was not aware of all the fees and charges there were until check-in. The food is extremely overpriced. I was charged two times for food by the pool. When I brought it to the desk when I was checking out, they weren’t going to refund me because I didn’t have the receipt. After they determined it was the same bill I was charged twice for, they ultimately refunded the money back. We had dinner at the restaurant with overpriced food and drinks and when the food came out, it wasn’t even hot.

The food at the restaurant valencia needs to be reconsidered. The pasta sauce was too acid and the poor boy was average.

I spent my honeymoon at this resort and glad I was with and enjoyed my spouse because there was nothing special about the Grove, the employees are not happy people....I couldn't wait to check out...kids will have fun at the water park....that is it
