It is a dangerous area, the room was very old and poorly cleaned, the towels were completely wet, all the furniture was old and poorly cleaned. I do not recommend it for people with families.

They put us in room #206 which had no elevator to get to, I was told there was no HOT WATER so I couldn’t even get a shower, I’m disabled and had a hard time carrying my stuff to the room !!

No hot water and no care

Property had no hot water. Front desked promised a refund which days later still hasn't been received. When followed up front desk staff said management was working on it. I can't feel they are lying.

No hot water ( for 3 days). Elevator not working, hair in the bath tub. Offered NO compensation, nothing. It was HORRIBLE. The customer service is serioly LACKING. Never mentioned tjat they knew there was No hot water. No refund. Nothing!!!

Disappointed

Walking in the hotel to check in was nice then we were informed we were on the second floor and the elevator was broken. We wasn't informed that the water was cold so we had to take cold showers the first night. There wasn't any wash cloths in the room and I wasn't about to keep walking those stairs for a wash cloth glad I brought my bath sponge. The exit doors was propped open with a rock and that didn't seem safe to me. I had trouble opening the room door and so did my neighbor across the hall at the same time we were both struggling. The room didn't even have a telephone nor did it have a microwave so we had to end up throwing our food away cause we couldn't heat it up.
