The pools were heated so the kids had a great time. All the buildings were close and they had lots of activities included that the kids loved.

Very friendly guests and staff. Was very disappointed in the first room they gave us with a patio door that was open and couldn’t be closed no matter how much force applied, the stove door was bent and also couldn’t be closed. We were told our room was on the first floor and when arrived at the building we found we were in the second floor. Went to front desk and the staff quickly moved us which was great. Second room was much better. Until we found out no wifi. Called front desk and they transferred us to IT dept. IT is of no help told us to just use phone data. Couple days into our stay we decided to wash some clothes. Washer was great dryer could be heard outside our front door. The pros of Westgate are 14 pools which are amazing and we were there for New Year’s Eve and they had a massive fireworks show which was beautiful. Con’s I had some work to do while there and cell service does not work very well in rooms so had to do it outside sitting in rental car. We travel to Orlando area 1-2 times per year. This resort was a bit of a let down. It was much better 10 years ago. Will be going back to other places we have stayed. It’s to bad because it could be much better then most others

Stayed here a lot of times, this last visit, the room was outdated and very dusty, killed a few spiders in room. No comforter, just sheets, glad we brought our own blanket for car ride Italian restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the arcade and ice cream parlor just disappointed in room with the amount we paid

The property was lovely. The aminities were up to date. My issue was the restaurants and bars were closed by 10 p.m. Sometimes there were days they weren't open at all. There wasn't much to do.

Was booked in an old building. Windows blinds not working where you could see directly into bedroom and shower. Bathroom dated and paid top $$$ to stay. Water park has two slides and cost $25. Per person per day. Not worth it.

Room was never cleaned. Bed sheets had hair and “ body fluids” on them. Floor had food. Shower had only conditioner in one bathroom. Landscapers started at 8 am with mowing and leaf blowing.
