This is our favorite hotel when not on Disney property given its proximity to Disney Springs. However, our recent visit was frustrating. When we arrived we had no shower curtain in our shower. The air conditioner was super loud. One night they didn’t clean our room. Also, there is no pharmacy in the area and when we ordered some much needed medicine to the hotel via Amazon, the hotel charged us 10 dollars for the tiny package. Still like this place, but I fear it may be heading downhill.

The hotel had everything you might need for a stay; market, coffee shop, bar, and walking distance to Disney Springs. Staff was great. Garden room are very weathered/well used.

Great location for Disney Springs

Close location to Disney Springs. Rooms were clean. Building is old. Coffee shop in the lobby was open early so easy to grab a coffee before heading to the parks. Great that this hotel gets the Early Morning Hours at Disney Parks. Cons: For the bus service you had to reserve a spot, we did not reserve our spot in time for the first bus, so we had to Uber each day - very easy and cheaper than paying for parking at the parks.

No weather stripping on the door, hard to sleep with light coming through all around the door also letting in a few little bugs. . Loud garbage collection every morning starting at 5am. Made one bed and some times not. Stayed for a week and had to request more toilet paper and towels on our 5th day. Great for early park entry and proximity, but the walls are thin and the hotel needs an update. Bellman made our stay!

The staff are all amazing. We really enjoy staying here and being able to take a short walk over to Disney Springs. I think this is our fourth time staying. This weekend we were out in sunrise building 2nd floor. It was an adjoining room and over looked the parking lot. Both of which led to excessive noise. Our neighbors seem to have a huge meet up the second morning we were there. Extremely loud. So now we know. When booking in the future I’ll request to stay in the main building without an adjoining room.

Staff were kind and welcoming, saying hello/good morning when passing us in the hallways. Breakfast buffet was a good value. The gardens section is motel like and more value resort like. Worked fine for us as an inexpensive quick trip to Disney springs.

Noisy!!

The grounds are beautiful but it is so noisy. I heard the blow dryer from another room. The toilet flush from the room above us. The doors are loud.

Great location

Pros: Location was great if you are wanting to visit Disney Springs. Front desk staff were nice, friendly, and informative. Shuttle to and from the parks were great. Very clean property. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Cons: We were on the Sunrise side of the building and it seemed very dated. Personal opinion, it should not have carpet in the room. The day we were leaving, a maintenance man came twice early in the morning with no warning from front desk staff. No fan in the bathroom. Beware of the typical invitation for Wyndham property timeshare sales pitch. Overall, would I stay there again, probably.
