Last minute cancellation

Christina was great. Her communication about the booking was prompt and efficient. She responded promptly and thoroughly to several questions, including recommendations for dinner. Truly top level customer service.Our plans changed abruptly at literally the last minute so I cannot speak to the property - yet. We will definitely be staying there when we reschedule our visit in the next month or two. The VRBO app won’t let me submit the review without completing all fields. I think it is important to positively rate good service, so I’m giving it all fives, but please keep in mind that I don’t have any firsthand knowledge of the actual property. VRBO should change their review process to allow people in similar circumstances to review their interactions with hosts when things don’t work out. If a host like Christina provides this level of customer care to someone who is not visiting I can’t help but think that would be reflected even more in an actual visit.

Our new fave place in the Ozarks

Place is super cute, fantastic view and the host was awesome. She answered right away when we had questions and there were all sorts of snacks, beach towels, and everything you need. We visit the Ozarks a few times a year and we will be staying at this property from now on. You’ll love it!

Great getaway.

The property was very nice and clean and had no odor of smoke, or mildew. The place was easy to get to. Even though it was winter we still enjoyed the view of the lake. Christina was very responsive to our texts- we would love to come back this summer.

Time Away at Lake Therapy

Wife and I were wanting to see the LOTO from a different side of the Lake and our stay at Lake Therapy was just what we needed. Proximity to everything was great and the place was clean and very accommodating.

Second time staying here and will definitely be back. Everything about this place is as described and just perfect. Love the balcony to chill, watch TV, or have a meal out there. Clean, bright, and everything you need is here. Several bars and restaurants are just 5 minutes away.

Exceptional Place to Stay

My wife and I stay in a number of properties throughout the year and this one is the most well put together and clean property we have ever stayed in. It's has everything you need and the host is above and beyond with customer service. Highly recommend!

Serene Relaxation

The Lake Therapy condo held up to the name. Our stay was quiet and very relaxing. The condo was very clean and very well equipped with necessities needed if maybe you forgot something. The balcony was very spacious, we spent most of our time there. There were many things to do close by, and many food choices. I will be keeping contact information for a future getaway trip.

Everything in our condo was exactly as described, and Christina was wonderful to work with. It was lovely sitting out on the deck and watching the water. Not having to lug our stuff up and down stairs was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

This adorable VRBO is a perfect getaway for a little "Lake Therapy." Christina is communicative, thoughtful and has thought of every single detail and the place is adorable! The location is also ideal with everything you could need within a 10 minute drive. You will not be disappointed in your stay here.

Relaxing getaway

Christina's place was awesome. She's thought of every little detail to make your stay great...snacks, toiletries including makeup wipes and deodorant, sunscreen, frosty mugs in the freezer, even a container of rice in case your cell phone gets wet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The shower is perfect with good water pressure and a great showerhead. The balcony is amazing with the hightop table and chairs where we enjoyed dinner and the comfortable chairs with footstools where we read during the day and watched TV at night. Just hanging out on the balcony watching the boats and the turtles in the water was so relaxing. The location is really close to bars and restaurants. It was nice to park right in front and walk in without lugging stuff up and down stairs. We can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect and cozy condo on the lake in the perfect location

I couldn’t ask for more! Very clean, up to date decor and amenities. Our host is super organized and has labeled everything and if you possibly forgot anything she had you covered! Highly recommend and if I come back this way, I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway at Heron Bay

We absolutely loved our stay at Heron Bay. Christina has everything you could possibly need and more. Super impressed with the cleanliness and essentials needed for a weekend stay! We loved sitting on the patio and just watching all the turtle's swim. There are a ton! Super close to all attractions like Bagnell Dam and Redhead Lakeside Bar and Grill, High Tides Adult Only pool which was perfect on a Sunday. Mainly locals and no crowds which was right up our alley. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. We Would definitely stay here again.

Great mid-week retreat

This is one of those places you walk in and say wow. Appears modern and has about everything you could ask for in 420 sq feet. If you appreciate and notice the little things this is a great place- good notes and instructions, Internet worked, TVs worked, locks worked, bed comfortable, couch comfortable, complimentary snacks and a few sodas. Laid out well, owner understands how to set things up and pamper guests.

This is my second stay at this wonderful condo. It is very clean and unbelievably well-equipped. Access to the condo could not be easier. You practically drive right up to the front door. I’ll be back!
