Clean but not super equipped
The place was very clean and tidy with easy instructions on the property and use of the condo. Location was great. Close to stores and lake restaurants/coffee shops/brew houses. It was just me and my toddler and there. What stood out to me most was the lack of towels. Being on the lake with a pool, I found it strange there were a limited number of shower towels. Bring your own towels for lake/pool use. There is no baby/toddler bed either. A simple pack and play will do and would fit perfectly in one of the many closets. The kitchen seemed well equipped for preparing food. The fridge door had a hard time latching closed. The smoke detector was very sensitive as well. When I made bacon I turned all fans on, opened doors and windows and used the oven fan but the alarm still went off. It was handled quickly by the building manager. The hot water heater was off so make sure that’s switched on right when you get there. The surrounding property was beautiful and very well kept. Very friendly grounds keepers as well. Overall pleased but if I were to pick one thing to make it better I would say bring more towels!
