Great Accommodation for Big Groups
We stayed for a family retreat and had a wonderful time. They really thought of everything, and the property manager's were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. There's enough space for families with children or adult couples and plenty of entertainment. It's also close to attractions, shopping, the night scene and a great state park. If you're booking something for a large group, this should be on the top of your list.

The Best of Experiences
This was the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The property was spacious, clean, well stocked/organized, and has so many extras (pool, pickle ball court, hot tub, game rooms, fast wifi, etc.) that we ended up spending most of our time in the house enjoying friends and family. The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate a few special requests we had. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Primary guests, my husband and i booked for our extended family
WONDERFUL!!!! Hope to go back again. House, pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and dock were all clean and well maintained. Took advantage of all these amenities plus video games, board games and puzzles and shuffel board! Had so much fun!!!

We had bachelorette party at house. Location was perfect and the house was beautiful. The owners were excellent and house was really clean. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool and dock were awesome. Just a wonderful place.

Five-star property with everything you need!
The photos of this home were stunning, and the actual property did not disappoint! The house is beautifully appointed, and the neighborhood is lovely. Our group of teens loved the proximity to the lake, the hot tub, and the pool. Not to mention the Pickleball court. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The owner was very easy to reach and had good communication throughout our stay and beforehand as well. We have all said we are already looking forward to going back and renting the same property again!

Family Vacation 2023
The house and property were amazing! Our whole family had a fabulous time! Easy to get to grocery store when needed. Close to restaurants and bars however we brought most of our food. Kid zones were accomodating and kept kids entertained so parents could visit. Kids mattresses were very comfortable, where as the adult mattresses were pretty firm and low to the ground. Pool and dock were a must for us and did not disappoint! Overall it was an excellent vacation and we hated to leave!

Perfect for our multi-generational gathering!
This new, beautiful and spacious home was the perfect place for my sisters and I to bring our parents, spouses, and 8 children, ranging in age from 8 to 15. The house was cozy and spacious with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, cook together, and yet also have privacy for downtime and sleeping. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and using the fantastic pool that overlooks the lake. The pickle ball court was a big success--we used it everyday and had so much fun. It was awesome not to leave our house to play pickle ball! The screened-in porch overlooking the pool and lake was magical for morning coffee for the adults and also for enjoying the golden hour after a big day in the water. We loved our peaceful time there! We hope to return and enjoy all that this amazing house has to offer!

The property was very nice and clean. We did have an issue with the air conditioner quitting on us the last day, but the host had someone come and made it right with us. The bedroom situation was a little confusing from the online summary compared to what was at the house. Those were just two minor things, but overall the property was amazing and we would stay there again!

Wonderful vacation!
We had a large group to celebrate a retirement, ranging from 65 to 3 years old. The location was wonderful, the house was amazing, and we loved having our own pool and tons of space. Aubrey was super helpful and friendly, always providing a quick response. We had a couple of hiccups (to no one's fault) but she was fast to get things fixed and even gave us a little gift for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this VRBO and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful Home, Great Location
Overall, we had a great stay! Our extended family from Illinois met us for a four-day mini-vacay, and this home easily accommodates all ages (in our case, from 2 to 86 years old). The location is great, near MM19 with all the ammenities, and the owner is very quick to respond to any inquiries. During our stay, we did have issues with the air conditioning, as it stopped cooling/working twice (two separate days). The owner was quick to send the repair man during the first event and the second event occured the night before our departure, so we just opened windows and made due. There are a couple of small cleanliness issues that could be improved up to make it a 5-star stay. Upon our arrival, a used, disposable shot glass (the "shooter" type you get as an added shot with beverages in the Ozarks) was on the dresser in our bedroom, and the fridge in the gameroom needed a little better clean. Regardless, we had a great time and would return. As a fellow VRBO owner, the lack of air conditioning and small cleaning issues were the only barriers to a glowing 5-star review. Great place, and would highly recommend!

Great place, Great location
The overall stay was excellent, with only a few minor negatives. To start, the place was generally great. It had all kinds of activities on-site for all ages. The location and amenities were very good. There was plentiful parking for everyone, several small group locations for various activities, and the space was just about right. There were only a few minor negatives we found at the place. These included: no early check-ins, overly large bed frames (had to dive into bed), uncomfortable pillows, more trash cans needed in common areas, black feet from floors, random dock obscuring access to the house dock, and a hot garage game room. I think this house is a fairly new VRBO site. The few enhancements I would suggest to improve the site would be the improvement with the bed and pillows, boat dock access improvement, AC in the garage, trash cans in common areas, an ice machine appliance, some more deck chairs/loungers (even cheaper portable spares would have been good), and some dock/lake activities (dock slide, lily pad, kayaks, paddle boat, loungers, etc.). Everyone of all ages enjoyed the stay and really liked the place. It was an excellent location for my extended family to all come together to enjoy a few days together while having enough space and activities to enjoy. Thank you for providing a great vacation rental. We would recommend it to others and stay again with hopefully a few of the improvements added.

This is a great place! Beautiful views, and everything is brand new. The new dock is incredible, great to catch some fish. You literally have everything you need for all ages, even some arcade games. Have fun!

Beautiful property
Had a wonderful time at your property. Aubrey was a great host. We arrived a bit early and she was able to accomodate our early check in. The kids basically lived in the pool, and there was nice seating around for the adults to relax.We loved the area, very convienent to stores, shopping and restaurants. Our kids had a great time fishing off the dock (and lots of luck). This home has a lot to offer. The only downside was the beds. They are so low to the ground (seems like they are 2 feet off the ground at best)If you have senior citizens in your group or someone with any mobility issues, this will be a huge problem. The border frame makes it even more difficult to get out of bed. I wish there was at least 1 normal bed setup for these types of issues. The beds themselves however were very comfortable. But due to this issue alone i could not re rent this property with my family. It was the only drawback. Everything else was perfect. So if the bed height/setup wont bother you, then will have an amazing time at this property.

Stay at Osage
From the start the hosts were AMAZING. They kept an extremely clean and organized house that could accommodate for large groups. I was able to call and ask questions whenever needed and genuinely felt like I had made a connection with our hosts. The house was decked out with fun activities and amazing views. 10 out of 10 VRBO rental. If I find myself in the area again, I’ll be planning ahead of time to stay here as it is worth it!

Beautiful spacious home
Our group of high school graduates and chaperones were very comfortable in this spacious beautiful home. Our hostess was very accommodating and a crew there on a Sunday evening, making sure the hot tub was crystal clear and ready for use. The graduates enjoyed the heated pool for a couple hours. They used the game room and the screened in porch to play games. The kitchen and dining room had the space and everything we needed for our large group to eat together. I would highly recommend this rental for a family get together for all ages. Wonderful place!!
