For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, netter Kontakt
Die Ferienwohng bzw. Haushälfte, ist in Prerow wunderschön gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Läden, Strand, Prerowstrom und Restaurants sind alle Fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt im oberen Stockwerk zwei Schlafzimmer und ein WC mit Waschbecken, unten befindet sich ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche. Die Straße vor dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt ein paar Stoßzeiten an denen mehr Verkehr ist, allerdings war im Haus davon wenig zu hören. Auf der Terasse hingegen, ist der Verkehr hörbar, aber das ist uns wenig negativ aufgefallen. Die offene Wohnküche mit großem Tisch und sehr bequemen Sofa bietet viel platz sich wohl zu fühlen. Es waren Kaffee, Tee und sogar ein paar Gewürze vorhanden. Einzig einen Sparschäler gab es nicht, den haben wir uns im EDEKA gekauft und dann dort gelassen. Wir waren über das erste Maiwochenende in Prerow und da gab es nebenan im Kulturkaten Kiek In "Tanz in den Mai". Die Musik war deutlich in der Ferienwohng vernehmbar und auch im direkt anliegenden Schlafzimmer. Hier einfach ein Hinweis, für alle die etwas empfindlich sind. Gegen halb zwei wurde die Veranstaltung beendet. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt sehr genossen und danken dem Vermieter, dass er es möglich gemacht hat, den Schlüssel zu einem späteren zeitpunkt zu übergeben. Da wir leider bei der Anreise in einen längeren Stau geraten waren.

Kurze Wege zum Strand und ins Zentrum Prerow. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung kein wlan. Die Treppen zum Obergeschoss waren relativ steil. Der Aufenthalt war sonst sehr angehm.

Laute Umgebung, zusätzliche Kosten
Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Obwohl im gesamten Ort nur Tempo 30 gilt, wird abends bis morgens auf der Waldstraße gerast. Wir hatten unsere Katze dabei und mussten für sie nachträglich 12 Euro pro Tag und 15 Euro zusätzlich zur Endreinigung dazu zahlen. Für das Geld bekamen wir keine Quittung. Obwohl das Haus schon recht teuer war, sollte für die Benutzung der Waschmaschine (4 Euro pro Waschgang) und für die Sauna (8 Euro zum Anheizen und weitere 2 Euro für 10 Minuten) extra bezahlt werden. Die Sauna steht oben im Schlafzimmer, die Dusche und der Münzapperat im Erdgeschoss. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie oft benutzt wird.

Lieblos,laut!
Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse und das Ende der Reihe, ist hier wohl vorne an der Strasse. In der Küche alles was man braucht, aber einfach lieblos und nicht einladend.
