had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and sitting area. size was perfect! wish there was tv in second bedroom and phone in living room. slept 8 but chairs/seating for 4 in living room and dining area. staff was attentive. Restaurant on site is more of a cafe with limited hours. close thought to Rideau Center 1/2 block and restaurants. Definately would stay again :)

Very convenient and easy stay

The suite was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids under 7. Having Laundry in the room was a nice touch as it allowed us to dry off our winter gear after a fun filled day at winterlude. Its centrally located to the mall and to a metro grocery store which helped us with food and necessities. and having a full kitchen was very useful. We parked our minivan in the parking garage with the hotel and although an extra cost, was very useful in that it let you come and go as much as you needed with no additional cost or issues. Will def stay there again!

Misleading info: only 1 toilet, not 2 toilets.

While the advertisement indicates two toilets, hotel staff told me that only one or two rooms per floor have the two toilet configuration, while the rest have one toilet. We were given the one toilet config. I had booked this hotel because I saw that it had the 2 toilet config, but unfortunately, it was limited stock. I felt that I was misled by the information on hotels.com.
