Fantastic hotel. Great location...close to Parliament hill and many museums and Ottawa city hall which had ice skating. The family loved the pool and suana after a cold day. Also there's a restusrant in lobby. Desk staff, car valet all great. Would definelty stay again.

Good hotel, but basic. Don’t use valet
Pretty basic hotel, got the job done. Room was very small and the valet is basically a scam. You can park in the same lot the valet uses (66 Slater) for 10/n instead of valet at 40/n. When you can ask about prior they only tell you city hall as a alternative which is 20/n with no in and out so I found that pretty funny
