Overall, the apartment was fine. The kitchen was good and well stocked. The lounge room room was good. The bedrooms were small but reasonable. We appreciated the washing machine. The bathroom was ageing a bit.
I’d give this a higher rating if it wasn’t for the management company (Pass the keys). The communication with the management company was either not forthcoming or confusing. Examples:
1. During our stay we had many interruptions to our water supply. Finally, it was the landlord of the tenant below is who explained what was happening with the water, not Pass the Keys.
2. We waited all day for the plumber to come and the water to be switched back on, which never happened. They finally informed us at 5.34pm they had decided not to not send the plumber. My husband had to turn the water on by himself (again).
3. If we phoned the helpline we would get a call centre that was not organised or couldn’t understand.
The cleaning wasn’t great - when we arrived it smelled of cigarettes and there was significant dust near the beds.
Very disappointed with this place given the cost.
