Great property just a block away from restaurants, the market, and shops. The beach was within walking distance, though it involved a fairly steep hike up/downstairs or a trail.
We had up to five people staying at one time, and everyone had their own bed. The two people in the bunk beds had mixed reviews: one found it comfortable, while the other woke up with a backache. The other beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, though the blender was broken. The dining room table was large enough for all of us, and the living area was comfortable too. The hot tub was private, and the balcony off the master suite was charming. The carriage house was also a nice addition.
The only setback was the back door from the kitchen, which we couldn't unlock or open. I left multiple text messages and kept getting re-routed with promises of help. Eventually, I called a number by the door, which linked me to a different property (an upcoming Vacasa stay). After some confusion, we finally got someone to come out, though they were initially unable to open the door. Another person was called, and they finally managed to get it open. This was a bit frustrating, not only because it was a fire hazard, but also because it was the main door to the garage, carriage house, and hot tub. Thankfully, we were able to use it from the second day onward. It seemed to be a known issue, so I hope they've since fixed it.
Make sure to check out the trails while you're there!
