perfect stay for small group of friends gathering
We stayed at this wonderful home with a small group of 10 friends for a post-wedding gathering, and it was perfect! The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and truly beautiful, with a charming road view and even some glimpses of the sea, which made for a scenic and calming backdrop. The house itself was immaculate, with clean and comfortable rooms that made everyone feel at home. The spacious living room was a highlight, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The dining area was especially impressive, with a long table and ample seating for our whole group—ideal for shared dinners, conversations, and late-night chats. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking equipment we needed, from pots and pans to more specific tools, making it easy to prepare meals and host dinners together.] We truly had a fantastic reunion here, enjoying dinners, reminiscing, and catching up in such a warm, inviting space. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back for future gatherings. Highly recommended!

Great spot for large group
My friends and I gathered for a cozy weekend and really enjoyed our stay! Everyone had their own bed and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed using the sauna and hot tub, too! Hosts were responsive and prompt when we needed to contact them.

Terrific family gathering
Pacifica is a really fun, pretty, hidden gem in the Bay Area. Do not miss heading down to the great, old Italian bakery in town. Jessica's home was really great for our 3 generation gathering. Terrific deck and dining area. The neighborhood requires thoughtfulness and respect, but I get the impression that these days, rentals are just having to be more careful and responsible, so don't let the detail the owners put into being sure they know who's in their house deter you. We found ownership to be very friendly and concerned with our wellbeing. Great stay!

Annually I rent a house somewhere so our three adult children, spouses, girlfriend and grandkids can all be together for a few days. This house was just the ticket. We’ll appointed, great kitchen and family room where everyone could gather. The kids really enjoyed the pool too.

Wonderful stay, perfect for a family Thanksgiving
We were able to stay here for a Thanksgiving family gathering and it was perfect. The place was spotless and had enough space, the pool was heated and a big draw for the kids, and the sauna really took it to the next level. The hosts were super communicative and helpful. We all took walks around the neighborhood to stretch our legs and it was great, beautiful and scenic. A perfect stay, I hope we can stay again.

The house accommodated our group of nine very well; plenty of bedrooms and beds, a spacious common area with a large dining table, and deck that looks into the mountain. We absolutely loved our stay at Jessica‘s and Alan‘s place. It’s very spacious and clean and was the perfect place for our family reunion (7 adults + 6 children). The kids loved the pool. Communication with the house manager went very well and we got timely responses to all our questions. I can absolutely recommend!

Wonderful property for large family
We really enjoyed our stay with a larger family group (12) celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The place is beautiful, very clean, and accurate from the pictures. The two living spaces flanking the kitchen in addition to the attached deck provided options to spread out a bit. Jessica and Alan were extremely responsive prior and throughout our stay. We loved the pool and sauna. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped but missing some essential kitchen gadget items-nothing that made it difficult to cook-but things that were used to (I.e. cheese grater, juicer for citrus). Jessica and Alan promptly responded to several requests including purchasing a crockpot, which really was above and beyond, as well as a wine opener. Even their neighbors were friendly and generous. The town is great, close to several beaches (Rockaway and Montera Stare Beach were probably our favorite). Jessica and Alan are more conscientious and thorough than many other hosts, showing that they care about their property and who they host. Would definitely recommend!

Pacifica Paradise
Wonderful, beautifully decorated property up in the hills in Pacifica with lovely canyon views and a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. We were a group of 8 with plenty of space. With 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house can sleep 12. The kids and teens really enjoyed the heated pool! Great patio and deck areas. Lots of amenities at this property, which made our stay convenient and comfortable! 5 minute drive to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. About 30 minutes north to downtown SF, where we spent a lot of our time sightseeing. We also explored some beautiful beaches and coastal areas just to the south of Pacifica as well. 45-60 minutes to Muir Woods, depending on traffic. This house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood best suited for families or a group of respectful adults. The home is a split-level (like most in the area, due to the hilly geography), so you'll need to be capable of stairs when you enter to either go up or down. It wasn't an issue for anyone in our group but might be for elderly or others with health issues. Overall an excellent property! We really enjoyed our stay and the whole region. If you can, catch the sunset at Rockaway Beach less than 10 minutes away!

Best VRBO property I've stayed at!
Awesome property for family gatherings with plenty of room to gather together, and spread out when needed. The owners have thought of everything you may need - great amenities for cooking, grilling, outdoor heater, fireplace, big TV, etc... Gorgeous views of the mountains from the patio and upstairs bedrooms. Absolutely comfortable for 2 families to gather with teenage kids to celebrate 80 yr old moms' birthday. 5 minutes drive to pacifica beaches, 20 minutes to half moon bay, 30 minutes to SF. Pool was super fun with pool toys, towels, everything you need to have fun. Cleanliness #1 and interior design is beautiful! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely home for the holidays!
My family and I had a reunion for the first time since the pandemic started and stayed in Jessica and Alan's amazing home for the Thanksgiving holiday. It is no easy task to corral / organize / please 13 people spanning 3 generations so it is high praise to say that everyone in our part was absolutely blown away by the quality of the home and all the amazing attention to details. We were excited by the listing itself but the actual home went above and beyond our expectations. Jessica and Alan were super attentive and communicative throughout the months long process of our planning this trip and were incredibly gracious in providing additional accommodations for our family's many requests. We were also very appreciative of how kid friendly their home was given the three rambunctious young ones in our group. They also provided some welcome snacks and breakfast essentials in the fridge upon our arrival. Overall, everything was super clean and professional. The linens were super soft and luxurious (even more so than many hotels!) and everything was helpfully labelled. We found ourselves want for nothing and felt very well taken care of throughout. We had a minor issue with the heating and Alan came right over to figure it out. Thank you Jessica and Alan for such an amazing family Thanksgiving!
