Im caught in a snow storm and can't make my reservation. Expedia says I have to cancel my reservation through the hotel or be considered a no-show. The hotel says Expedia has to cancel. Expedia has no phone number.

I've never staying in KY before. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. I liked their breakfast variety and the fact that tea and coffee were readily available. My room was huge and well designed. The water pressure for the shower was awesome. I would definitely stay there again in the future. It's conveniently located and I felt safe during my stay. The room was quiet and I got a good nights rest.

I had a last min work trip and needed to get some sleep so I booked a night same day since it said early check in subject to availability. I got there and the room was available but because I was too early I had to pay the previous nights rate for a room that was empty and waiting for someone.

I don’t know why this property has 10/10. Hair in tub, mold in bath tub, dirty rooms. The entire hotel is old and plain dirty!

The check in was quick and relatively painless. The hotel clerk was cordial. My room was bigger than I expected and clean. The water pressure from the shower is like a fire hydrant. I like this place better than the Hyatt I stayed in the night before. I would recommend the Auburn Place to those looking for a good nights stay.

Check in was slow, carpets in public areas had clumps of dirt. Room seemed clean. Comfortable beds. We requested a room away from traffic and it was quiet. If I would have booked directly with the hotel, I would have gotten a better rate

We purposely rented a room here because they advertise an indoor pool. My mom wanted me to bring our 4 year old grandson to visit and get a indoor pool because he loves to swim, the water was so cold his lips were blue in minutes and none of us adults could even stand to get in. I called a nearby hotel and asked if the indoor pool was warm, they said around 90 so we booked. I went to the front desk to turn key in and tell them why we were leaving, I wasn’t rude at all but first comment back to me was well we can’t give you a refund or discount because you booked third party ( Expedia) well ummm I never asked or referenced any thing about wanting a discount. Wasn’t our first stay, we didn’t use pool first time it was just us adults, but it was a pleasant stay, not so much this time.
