Great place to stay

Stayed for a couple days. The room was clean and stocked well. I did have to go and get linens for the pull out but wasnt a big deal. I woke up for breakfast once lol there was numerous options...I enjoyed the hot tub the most

A Train Ran Through It

When I decided to book this hotel it was based on reviews which stated the hotel didn’t charge pet rent which was NOT TRUE. Also the beds were really hard. We were woken up by a train that sounded like it was in our room.

Just a one night stay on my way to TN. Man at desk for my late check in was super friendly and very nice. Comfortable, clean but “breakfast” wasn’t really breakfast. No breakfast meats or even scrambled eggs. Check out was easy however, the woman at the desk, not the friendliest.

Clean, good service but loud and bright

Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was great, too. However, the curtains were sheer (no blackout curtains), and the lights from the parking lot and interstate kept me awake. There was quite a lot of road noise from I-24 as well.

Great hotel, Deposit is insane!

We love this hotel for just a quick weekend getaway. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The indoor pool is ACTUALLY HEATED, unlike some that say they are but, aren’t really. The only drawback is that unlike most if you live within a 70 mile radius they charge a $250 deposit (which is about double the cost of the room itself) and are in no hurry to refund it when you leave. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow and I still have not received the deposit back.

Clean and comfortable with great fitness center

Clean. Slept well. Nicest fitness center I’ve seen in a hotel with lots of equipment. Hot tub was hot. Musty smell in hot tub and pool area but that is hard to avoid. Only negative comments on room was that I didn’t personally care for the smell of the toiletries that were provided but my husband didn’t mind it. Coffee at breakfast actually tasted pretty good too.

Family trip for relocating

The bed was firmer than we are used too so my back is stiff. Hot water was so nice snd stayed hot through 4 of us showering which was wonderful! Plenty of breakfast choices, my kids are always hoping for bacon but no lick in our two day stay lol. Anyway would stay here again, we are relocating to the area so we came to check out living situation.
