Great place to stay.

Nice comfortable, clean and updated room. Good location. We did have a few issues, that they corrected for us; batteries went out in the key reader, the thermostat had the heater kicked on high, and ants in the bathroom tub. The swimming pool wasn’t open for long during our visit. The welcome center was great. We did enjoy the stay and would come back.

I have been staying at this property for 18 years, and it is consistently excellent. The room we stayed in this time appeared to have been recently remodeled. The LVP floor was very nice, as were the kitchen appliances and utensils and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC worked great (the temp got down to -2°F while we were there). The Samsung TVs work well. When we go skiing, we tend to eat in the condo every night. There is a Walmart close by, and a large grocery store. We were well-fed, and we slept good at night. Now, please, I'm not saying this is the Ritz-Carlton. But it is a very nice time-share condo that is convenient to Wolf Creek Ski Park. I paid 3x for comparable accommodations in Park City, UT last year. Plus, the staff at the Wyndham is first-rate! If you stay here, you'll have a good time. We plan to return next year.

The staff was awesome. They did a very good job effertlessly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Pagosa Springs. Can't wait to go back.

Not a hotel, just random condos

NOT a hotel style resort. Groups of condos spread out over miles. We reserved two rooms, and they were over two miles apart. Couldn't get us rooms next to eachother.

Everthing was great! My only suggestion is bring your own firewood. I was not aware that the fireplace was not gas and had to buy firewood. We still enjoyed our stay!
