"Sauberkeit im Zimmer:
- Boden so dreckig, dass weiße Socken nach kurzer Zeit dunkel sind
- Duschkopf komplett verkalkt
- jeden Tag wurde etwas vergessen: Handtuch, Toilettenpapier, Teebecher, Strohhalm
- Bad höchstens auf 3*-Niveau: sehr veraltet, Riss im Waschbecken, Duschvorhang
Personal teilweise sehr freundlich, andere bemühten sich kaum im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten. Englischsprachiges Personal mit dem man sich gut verständigen konnte, war sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption nicht jederzeit verfügbar.
Beste am Hotel waren die Alpakas und die beiden Spa-Mitarbeiterinnen. Massagen sind zu empfehlen.
Restaurant war gut.
