Great House/But Needs ATTENTION!!!
Great lay out and every room has a beautiful view. Love that all the rooms have Kings beds and very spacious. However, there is a lot going on there that needs attention. A/C's not up to par, comunicated this with the property manager while there and was told that someone would be out, noone ever showed. AC Filters are black and have not been changed in close to a year. Deep clean needs to be done. Thick prescense of dust on cabinets, light fixtures and fans. Pool bath door does not open. There is dry wall cracking in the ceilings/ Fan does not work in main floor bedroom which also has a bad AC unit. Broken furniture in living room and outlets that are coming out of the walls. Also bad ants in the dining room area. Also the listing shows old arial photos. This now houses all around it. It is no longer on a it own little point. Several of the pictures need to be updated.

Broken A/C even though VRBO rep said it was fixed!! Don’t trust the reps!!!
No A/C. Previous reviews stated the same. I called and was assured that it had been fixed. Other questions that I had were also inaccurately answered but this was a major inconvenience. It’s as though the rep just acted as though he checked on my concerns. Very disappointed!!

Family Vacation
This house is in a wonderful spot, right in the beach. The access to the beach is great. Each bedroom had a king bed with an ocean view. The house is very spacious as well. The only things I would comment for improvement are needs comfortable outdoor furniture for the balconies to enjoy them. The house itself also could use a little tlc with cleaning on the exterior and high up light fixtures with dust.

Great location and the beach are steps from the house. House was clean throughout. Nice to have chairs and beach supplies. Lots of room in living areas and bedrooms. South exposure deck is nice for sun in off season months. Listing is not correct. states internet (which is correct) and cable TV. No cable TV. Only Roku which is useless and with no local TV. We came to gather and watch football, so this was a big issue. Management came out and were very nice. Tried to fix it. Second manager reinstalled ROKU but as mentioned, no local TV, and for sure no ESPN. Basically, the listing should state bring your own streaming services logins to watch anything. Bedding is outdated and not to par for a property of this price. Bedroom two upstairs has a horrible mattress. Not enough or very nice deck furniture. Problem with bee swarm on south end of second level deck. One of our guests were stung. Big mass of bees. Per previous reviews, stove has issues and must reset breaker to correct. Great location on the beach. Big house for gatherings. For the price needs updates and correct listing for TV offerings. Better furniture and bedding. overpriced for these reasons. Also, property manager promised a refund due to issues above. Have never received or heard from her? I would expect a refund of one day for all these issues.

House with amazing views
Fantastic house with amazing views. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Nice beach access and my grandson with autism loved the lap pool. The pictures on Vrbo need updating because there is other houses around . The beach was not crowded at all because the houses are mostly year round residents. Would book again.

Unique house on Beautiful Beach
Unique beach house with lots of space that has great potential. Check in was easy, but the house was far from immaculate. The listing photos are not current and do not correctly show the house/furnishings. There are not two king beds in any room as the listing indicates, and the sofa bed is too uncomfortable to be used. The AC unit does not work in one of the bedrooms, but with fans it was bearable. The large kitchen was great with plenty of storage space, counter space and adequate dinnerware, but very poor quality cookware in rough condition. The stove is finicky and appears to be a constant problem based on notes taped above it. There is very low water pressure in the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool, the views and easy walk-over to the beach. The large porches are great and were enjoyed until bees became a problem and stung one of our guests, leading to a visit to urgent care. When notified, Vacasa’s response felt very automated and remote. The railings are very loose and a definite safety hazard. The laundry room was much appreciated with adequate beach towels and bath towels. The bed linens are poor quality, scratchy and rough. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms do help keep the rooms cool, but the window curtains in the master are coming apart. Overall, the location and space is great. The quality is less than expected for the cost of the rental. The property would greatly benefit from a deep cleaning, updating and addressing issues and needed repairs

The house had lots of space, the views of the beach were amazing. The pool was nice. The pool/ping pong table was a big hit. The kitchen had ample utensils. Problems: description bedrooms stated there were two king beds in two bedrooms that is not true. There is only one king bed in each bedroom. The photos show two sofa's there is only one. The kitchen sink has very low pressure. The bath towels are equivalent to a low in motel. The house is in bad need of pressure cleaning on the outside.

Bed bugs
The views were great, the house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our big family, but needs a lot of improvements. The kitchen sink had barely any water pressure, one of the AC units was dumping water on the floor and the floor was black underneath, the living room and back hallway smelled like a wet dog, we saw roaches and tons of spiders several times, two TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work, mold in several places, the pool was clean on the first day and then turned green and we couldn’t get anyone out to fix it. One person from Vacasa did try very hard to resolve the issue but ultimately the pool was green the entire time we stayed minus one day, which was very frustrating as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this place. I called every single day while we were there and no one came. The pull out couch in the living room had hair and Cheetos in it when we got there. The list goes on and on, we just kept encountering more problems. Overall, the place is decent but needs a lot of improving. A good pressure wash on the outside would be a good first step. The price was way too high for the quality of this house. And on top of everything else, my in laws brought bed bugs back with them which costed them $2,000 to treat their home. Stop renting this house to families until you read these reviews and actually fix the problems!

Very large house with amazing views!
This house was pretty amazing! Lots of space and the views were beautiful! House has an extremely open and large layout with lots of room to entertain your family and friends. Pool and large porch leave a lot of outdoor space overlooking the ocean. Inside, it is well laid out and open, (though a little dated) with almost every you need to take care of everyone in your party. Bring your own beach towels for sure, but aside from that, a we wanted for nothing. I'd definitely recommend.

Fantastic Thanksgiving
This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home with our family. The views of the beach are amazing and the beach is steps away from your back door. There is plenty of parking and the home easily accommodated my husband and I and our two daughters and spouses and 4 grandchildren. The perfect home for family time shared and memories made!

Renter Beware
From the get go, the main photo used to attract renters to this home is false advertising. There is a home feet away on the left side of the house. On the right side is a park that has a covered picnic area where people can see right into the swimming pool of this home. The upstairs showerheads were black with mold. The shower walls had black mold all over them. I had to go buy mold remover before we could use one. The main bedroom upstairs is missing a door to the closet. The air conditioner to the extra bedroom dumped water all over the floor (we're talking multiple large towels to dry it up) and it clearly happened many times before. The exterior of the home needs a serious power washing, as does the lawn furniture. The pool was not clean. This home is something like 30 years old and it needs some upkeep and love to restore it to its original splendor. The lock code did not work and the manager had to point us to a key in a different location. For this amount of money, you expect a place to be nice. When I texted the Vacasa people about it, they said they would escalate the concerns. I have never heard a word. I do not recommend staying here, as you can very likely find a much better kept and clean home to rent on the beach.

Key pad would not work and they never came out to fix it
No air conditioner in two up stairs bedroom an bath and no one ever came to fix text to let them know about problems and no one ever came to check out our problems . Live Roaches in kitchen and living room. Key pad never worked we texted about problems and they advised us to get key out of lock box then pool guy came and used key to get in to pool and never returned key so when we were out at beach or out of house we had to leave it unlocked open to who ever wanted to come in we will not be using this company again ever.

2022 Vacation
Our house was nice but the dryer was out of gas and we couldn’t dry any clothes and they could never get it filled. Two our bedrooms were on a separate ac unit that did not cool the service men came after five days and worked on it and it lasted a couple of hours and quit cooling again. The previous tenants had these same problems. The house was in a great location and the beaches were nice and not crowded.

Great Home away from home
I loved this property. It was literally steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool and spent most of our time there. The house was adequately stocked with towels and games galore. We had plenty of room for our family. The view out the windows were spectacular! We often woke up many mornings to watch the sunrise over the beach…such a beautiful view! The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to make sure that everything is in working order before people are renting. The beautiful vanity mirror lights in the master bedroom bathroom was not working. The master bedroom TV would not connect to the ATT network preventing us to watch. The refrigerator ice machine button was broken. Even though these things were not working this did not stop us from having a great time.

Beautiful house with many inconveniences
The lighting in the vanity in the master bath on 3rd floor does not work. The ice maker does not work on door of the fridge. The wifi went out on Monday (2nd day of our stay) and stayed out all week ... which meant no TV for a week On Monday, we had no running water for most of day due to construction. The company said the house was absolutely notified but of course we were not and no arrangements were made for quite a BIG inconvenience of no showers and no flushing of toilets. We miss our Appt because no one could get ready. On Tuesday, the microwave stopped working. On Thursday, the Door battery went out on front door and we were locked out for a bit at night. On Thursday night, noticed fire ants all thru our luggage and under bed and in bed in the bedroom by the pool. On Friday, we waited for pool guy to come between 8-10 from the instructions because we had dogs and didn’t want a stranger in house with out us there. He came at 11am. Another morning wasted. There was used soap in the bathroom on top floor. There is food and a ziplock baggie from someone prior under the bed on 2nd floor by the pool. Almost 10k dollars for this house this week. No wifi, no water, no ice, no microwave, locked out. I would like something other than an apology. I should get a day’s charge refunded . This house is amazing but the value for a 10k dollar week is not reinforced with the care for the hard working families that it takes to make the 10k for a family vacation. Turnkey was responsive with communication and many “soooo sorry’s” but it still didn’t fix the many inconveniences that came up almost every single day of our stay. I will refrain from putting this review on Vrbo but some sort of Refund is appropriate. This has been an insane experience for almost 10k dollars. I have rented a house for a family vacations at the beach for past 8 years. This was the most expensive with the most intrusive disruptions I've ever experienced. Thank you for hearing me out. And the funny thing is, i is hold stay there again because it was such an amazing house with access to the beach. Just hard to believe so much disruption for the cost.

Great choice for family vacation with friends ! 4 adults- 1 teen - 1 child - 2 toddlers- 1 baby
We booked this house with another family that also has children. The general consensus is the listing doesn't do justice to the home! The kids absolutely loved it! It was EVERYTHING we could've asked for. The house itself is beautiful. The views are absolutely stunning! Not to mention the ease of access to the beach itself. Yes there are a few areas that cosmetically need some attention (carpet), but that's clearly stated in listing and not an issue in my opinion. The house came stocked with beach toys, beach chairs, fishing poles, Boogie boards, kid floaties, and a beach cart. There was a highchair, pack and play and even a crib (that we were not expecting in the master bedroom)! The living room was stocked with board games and puzzles. The pool had floats for the kids and toys as well. We were super thankful for this and thought it was a great touch. We wished we would've known though so we could have saved some packing room. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone and I never experienced a cold shower! There were no issues with air conditioning as some other reviews stated previously. I think the only negatives we could think of was the fact that there was construction taking place next door and they were constantly blocking the driveway. That also might be a negative in the future as it looks as if the house/houses will be built very close. But that is not anything that is in control of this property's management. We were concerned with putting the kids in a room together (as they like to stay) because each room has access to either a balcony or the pool area & the doors/windows were hard to lock (maybe we just couldn't figure our how to lock them) . Some may say we are overly protective but the possibilities terrified us. A security system would be nice or just better locks. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay! I, personally, am hoping to book this location again next year! I hope it works out with everyone's schedules! Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful home.

Spacious, beautiful oceanfront home
The location of this home is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. This house is right on the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The sunrise views were gorgeous! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool much as tge water was chilly but it was a nice addition to the house. The house inside was great for our family of 3 adult children. There was plenty of common space to watch movies, play games, play pool. And the bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable so Everyone had their own space as well. You can see the ocean from every room! The kitchen was well stocked except no trash bags, dishwasher detergent or hand soap. Overall this house is beautiful, nicely furnished, and in the perfect quiet beachfront location.
