The condo itself is good until you have question or issues. Before arriving, we had few questions, sent email to the property manager, never got any answers. During our stay, a wild animal came inside the roof (squirrel or rat or mise, we don’t know) we contact the property management because it was impossible to sleep and woke up the whole family (the pest was scratching in the ceiling very hard). We contact the property manager, sent her a video of how bad the noise was. She said she cannot do anything. We followed up during the day, she said no pest control can come (we called multiple pest control ourself and they were available to come, so not much effort from Evolve to fix the situation.) The night after, the noise started again. Waking up again the whole family. When we called the property manager, they just didn’t answer our call. I guess ignoring customers is how they manage issues. No apologies were extended, no compensation was offered. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN. they could offered us to stay at an hotel nearby and covering the costs, so we can sleep. We did want to enjoy relaxing vacation, turn out it was the opposite. Seems that the owners of the condo were not helpful, from what the property manager said to us. This is very disappointing. Also, there is no indoor pool facility or fitness gym. Tennis court/pickle ball is not free and not always available. Will never be back.
