Great property
Location, location, location! This condo was an easy walk to town so we rarely had to drive anywhere. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and had beautiful weather for our trip. The condo was clean upon arrival, had all the necessary amenities that we needed and the layout of the home worked perfect for 4 people. We found the beds to be really comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy. We would stay here again and wish we would have had more time.We booked this trip spare of the moment (booked Saturday and arrived the following Monday). The pool is not heated without advanced notice and although I requested it on my booking and reached out the next day through the VRBO app, there was some miscommunication. That being said, it turns out that we found so much to do in Palm Springs that we did not return back to the property until the sun was going down so we didn't have the pool time we anticipated anyway. We did have the hot tub to soak in!

Exploring Palm Springs
Great property. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and all it's amenities like restaurants, museums, shops, etc. Cooked almost all meals here and the kitchen was well equipped to make great meals. Taking a dip in the pool after a day in the sun was very refreshing, especially since we happened to have the pool to ourselves during our stay (not guaranteed). I would definitely stay here again.

Wish I could give this a better review but Vacasa ruined it for us
The good: condo is spacious, clean, most everything you would need. Walking distance to downtown. Pool well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The bad:.We knew check in was 4p but our airline changed flight times the week prior. I called Vacasa in advance to ask for early check in,1-2 hrs. We had medications in freezer bags that really need a fridge and it was 100 degrees in the area. No one was booked in this condo for many days leading up to our stay. Vacasa absolutely refused to reach out to the owner to ask for early check in. I was even willing to pay more than a pro-rated amount for the few hours early. But no, they would not even ask the owner. The Vacasa rep had the gall to tell me I could just book an ENTIRE day and pay full price. Yes, it was available but no, they would not allow me 2 hours; only a full day. We would've cancelled but we would've lost 100% price. So we booked a night a a cheap hotel to stow our stuff and figured we'd see what happens the day of. Morning of, a Vacasa rep texted that he was our contact for this trip. I asked him about early check in, he said he would find out if there was a cleaning staff there to prevent us coming early. We drove to the condo which was empty, all quiet. I texted to tell him it looked totally vacant and ready but at that point he went fully silent on me for the REST OF THE TRIP ignoring all texts & calls. We paid a night's stay at a cheap hotel to get luggage out of the hot car. The code was emailed exactly 4p.

Very convenient location
This home had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped which is a big bonus. The interior is very nice and there are many options for outdoor seating. Located in a quiet neighborhood but also easy walking distance to all my favorite restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property! Very well appointed and comfortable. Has everything you need. Very close to town. Could walk to everything. Had issues with entry codes, but Jerod came out in person to help. He was great! Also, property owner was wonderful and gave us entry codes over her ring camera while she was out of the country! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation
My husband and I traveled from out of state and met his sister in Palms Springs. The location was walking distance to downtown and was perfect. The pool and courtyard were pristine and we had the pool to ourselves the entire visit. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for stay. This was just the quiet relaxing vacation we were looking for.

GREAT Condo
My friends and I have been renting homes in Palm Springs for over 10 years. I also lived in the Desert for 13 years. This condo was one of the best located properties we have ever rented. 2 blocks from downtown. It was expertly cleaned, well furnished and perfectly equipped. I would rent it again in a second, in fact we hope to rent it again in November for another long weekend. My only hesitation about leaving this review is that it will get too busy and I won't be able to get it again. Also, Carol the manager/neighbor is very sweet. 5-Stars for this condo.

Great Location at a good value
Location is great! We had a few minor issues with their cable TV setup and one of the bathroom drains but other than that the property is pretty perfect. Highly recommended for 2 couples trying to save on hotel costs, want a full kitchen, and still want to be within walking distance of central downtown Palm Springs!

Wonderful week in Palm Springs
The property is beautiful and spacious, and steps from downtown. The only problem we had was communicating with the property manager(s) in the beginning. There are more than one layers of management so it was a bit confusing. We got several emails before we checked in from different people. The company that you have to check in with closes at 5, so if you don’t get there before then, you need to call and make arrangements to get your check in instructions....so read the fine print! Once we got through that, everything else was great...very comfortable and beautiful. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful space in the perfect location
We loved our stay so much! The space was perfect and so clean. We loved all of the outdoor space including the patio areas and the pool. The location is perfect, and it was so easy to walk to restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon. We would definitely stay here again!
