Hotel is centrally located in downtown Palm springs the hotel properties very nice. We went at a slower time of the year for the hotel so they weren’t very many people which was kind of nice. Our room was very nice and spacious and has a lot of surface area which me and my husband really love because it gives you an opportunity to put all your things down. I also like that they were plenty of plugs in the bathrooms were nice and updated The hotel is located in beautiful spot with all the mountains and palm trees right outside the door The only thing I didn’t find the restaurants and bar that inviting they weren’t terrible, but it could’ve been because it was a slower time of the year

Won’t book again!

I needed a last minute room after flight delays & missed connections. I needed something comfy that didn’t break the bank, especially since I would be checking in late & checking out early. The lobby was so beautiful but, the rooms were a significant downgrade from the lobby, needs some serious updating. The first room smelled like old, stale cigarettes. The second room (a downgraded room from the king room I had booked & pre-paid for), has crumbs in the bed under the sheets & still don’t smell the freshest. Wouldn’t book again unless an absolute need.

Relaxing Weekend

A very comfortable and quiet place to stay right in the heart of Palm Springs. Definitely recommend this location as everything you need is within walking distance!

This is the perfect location. They could use more help at the front desk, and the pool is old. They have a huge lobby. The pool area was dated, but the pool was heated. Also best location in downtown. We walked everywhere!
