The front desk staff was good, as was the housekeeping personnel. The restaurant was overpriced and the other food service option was extremely limited and service was horribly slow and at times non existent, not even there to take an order. Because of the resort's location there were no other dining options without spending a lot of money for cab fare. The resort's property was beautiful and well maintained.

This is a beautiful resort with lots of pool options …a quiet spot for just adults or a large pool with slides for the kids. The staff was amazing. Every person we dealt with from waitstaff to concierge was so accommodating and helpful. Wonderful place to stay!

The employee that checked us in was excellent. He was very attentive and even upgraded our room. He offered suggestions on things to do. The room its self was pretty nice. We were excited to use the pool because they were supposed to be heated. The only pool that was heated was the one with the water slide and the Jacuzzi. The larger pool was not which was a big disappointment. Another disappointment was when we tried to order food in the game room, the employee suggested the other restaurants. He even walked us out to show us there locations. We got the sense he didn’t want us ordering there. Another disappointment was when I was checking out, the lady seemed very annoyed when I was asking about the charges. She was very dismissive. I expect better customer service when paying close to $500 for a room

Sparkling clean with the most comfortable beds!
Friendly staff and dog friendly with lovely property and large property. Love that they are helping to find new homes for dogs and will let you take the dog for a walk on the property to get to know him if you are looking to adopt a pet.
