The stay in general was okay. The check-in process was terrible. The front desk personal was not friendly or helpful. I reached out to Kenny prior to arrival and he was very pleasant, and helpful, but upon arrival we were told the room was clean, but they couldn't let us check in without his approval. He called them and got everything settled. We were told we would have parking passes and wristbands in the condo, but there wasn't any. The front desk said if they were not there then there was nothing they could do.
The elevator at the condo was constantly broken or didn't work. Thankfully we were only on the 3rd floor so the stairs wasn't terrible to climb.
The condo itself was clean, and fairly nice. The dryer however, didn't dry the laundry without having to restart it several times. The beds aren't that comfortable either, but since you don't spend much time in them it's fine.
There was plenty of extra bedding though, and a great selection of dishes to cook with. Overall - it was an enjoyable stay. The condominium itself could use some upgrades and a better staff though. I'd book through the owner again, but only if it was at a different condominium.
