Let me start by saying what a lovely condo this is. However, the air conditioning did not work at all and there was mold on the ceiling. While there was positive communication from Rob at the third party rental company, Best Beach Getaways, the maintenance company did not arrive until Sunday afternoon. At 4:00 he told us it was broken. We couldn’t reach management company at this time. On Monday morning we personally went to the management company, Best Beach and we’re offered, in writing, a condo upgrade and a partial refund. We wanted a full refund for the two nights. Finally, we spoke to Danielle, the manager, and she was so rude. She took away what we had already been offered, gave us a refund for the other five days, not the two miserable days, and told us to find our own place. I do appreciate how the two men at Best Beach Getaway tried to handle this unfortunate situation but Danielle’s rudeness and unprofessional attitude were unbelievable. I still can’t believe that they kept our money for those two miserable nights and all other fees associated.
