I Loved, Loved, Loved the way the living room was divided off from the bed & bathroom with TVs in both rooms. That was neat. Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS. What we disliked was our housekeeper had a NASTY DISTASTEFUL attitude. When we asked for her to return in about an hour to clean the room she said she would, but never showed up. Therefore no clean towels/washcloths, trash not emptied and coffee and snacks (popcorn, bottled water) not replenished. When she did return to clean the room she made the bed slovenly, not even straightening the pillows on the bed. Actually the bed looked sloppy, nothing like the very neat bed we saw when we checked in. She was angry I reported her to the front desk. One other slight change I would love if there were some dresser drawers in the room so I wouldn’t have to keep digging through the suitcases. Overall we truly enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites. Thank You

Beautiful hotel, great location. Great kitchen and service team, but grumpy lobby team. Dirty floors, carpets needs washing. Freezing pool water and when asked about heating I received different answers from them. Maintenance assured me that pool heaters are on and set to 84, where management said it is not a heating season in October. Even hot tub was warm not hot. All the kids were there because of freezing pool water. I hope this gets addressed because the place deserves it.
