Perfect Beachside Ranch with pool and prime location.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful ranch-style home in Florida! The house was spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, perfect for our family. Everything felt new and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home.The kitchen was a standout feature, modern and perfect for cooking meals during our stay. We also loved the enclosed yard, with a private pool, offering a private, relaxing and serene space.The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips to the shore a breeze. It was also conveniently close to amenities like Starbucks, Dunkin', and Sam's Club, making it easy to grab a coffee or stock up on supplies.Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to book it again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, and relaxing getaway!Also, the neighbors were super nice!

Enjoyed the accommodations. Good location; and near restaurants and bars. Place was clean and had newer appliances and comfortable beds and furnishings. Only have two suggestions, water pressure was very low took forever to shower, TV is all streaming and difficult to use. Will most likely be back.

Beautiful spacious house. We enjoyed the pool. Short walk to beach. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. The people in the neighborhood are friendly. Only negative was prickly thorns in our dog's feet from both the front yard and the back yard pool area.

Stay was great. Everything very clean inside. Garage was kinda small. Very much needed a tall mirror on the back of the master restroom door so you can see your outfits from top to bottom. There are some Divas who may stay here that may need that like me 😊. Pool was nice but could hv been cleaner. Few ants in master bedroom and restroom.. But enjoyed our stay very much.

The best vacay!
We loved the property, but the pool was the star! We stayed in it all week…it was perfect. The house was very cute and great for the 4 of us. Soleil was very responsive and the property manager even dropped off some missing items within a couple hours of reaching out. Love that. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful little bungalow!
Lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was fantastic -- just the right size. This place was just what we needed to unwind from work and school for a few days. It is located close to anything you would want or need. We did not notice that the only way to get to the pool was through the 3rd bedroom (kid/teen room). Also, this is the first VRBO place we have stayed in that was a bit "stingy" with paper products and cleaning supplies. Be sure to bring your own or purchase after arrival! :-)

Perfect Stay!
We loved everything about our stay! The pool was the selling point for us. It was perfect to lounge around, tan, and swim. Quiet, friendly neighborhood for the most part except for the traffic on the other side of the fence, but inside the house you can’t hear a thing. I’m 6 months pregnant and got the best sleep! The mattress and pillows were heavenly. Short drive to everything, but also out of the way of the way of the spring breakers. Great communication/updates with the hosts as well! We feel refreshed and would love to return soon!

Initially drove past the house as it did not look the same in the dark fog of the night. But once inside all was as promised. A bit closer to 96 traffic noise but other than that, the perfect beach house for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Would go back in a heart beat!

We totally enjoyed our stay. We paid extra to have the pool heated, if the weather had cooperated a little more, we have have been able to enjoy it better. I just wish we didn't have to pay for the extra days to make it able to use. Beds were comfy, the better pillows were in the pillow covers. Neighborhood seemed quiet. Furniture was comfy. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely like to come back again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable, and the pool was perfect for a week of 80+ degree temps! Being so close to both 98 and the beach made getting everywhere easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.

First PCB vacation!
We enjoyed the house! It is a new construction that was very well thought out! The beach is close and beautiful! We didn't use the pool as much as we usually do because we were at the beach! We did not have any problems with communication or with the check in process! Everything went very good!

Things that my husband an i would want if we stayed in that home!
First I’d like to say the house is really cute. It needed some TLC on the outside. There were a lot of ants in the home. My husband and I we had to go and get ant spray and I left two new cans under the kitchen sink. Also, there was a cockroach running around in the master bedroom. I think that the pool could’ve been maintained better. The pool person came was there maybe 10 minutes my husband and I went outside to go in the pool and all the sand and the bugs in the little bit of debris that was in it when we got there Four days earlier Was still there when the pool person left. I don’t know if he was supposed to vacuum or wasn’t but it definitely was not cleaned. the patio deck every morning. I had to get rid of the ant, piles and ants constantly crawling everywhere but as my husband says it’s Florida, and if they put a long gated mirror somewhere in the home sure would be nice.

Very cute house. Nice furniture and decor. Loved the pool!! It is just over 1/2 mile walk from the beach. Also a close drive to Rosemary Beach public access. We did that a couple of days. They have bathrooms and a place to shower sand off. Also a close drive to Panama City Beach strip where you can find lots of places to eat and plenty of things to do. I read reviews about noise concerns with it being close to the main highway. Honestly the only time we noticed it was when we were in the pool and it wasn’t bad at all. My only complaint is that the extra sheets left didn’t fit the couch bed. If you plan on using that you may want to bring sheets. Also, wish there was another way to access the pool other than going through one of the bedrooms.

Nice home away from home
The kitchen is equipped with cookware, a toaster, coffee maker and nice appliances. There was a bag in the kitchen garbage can, paper towels, toilet paper and a couple nice kits with soap that helped us get started. I didn’t expect it, but find it helpful to tell others there are no coffee filters, spices, condiments, coffee, additional garbage bags, paper plates, or paper towels, so bring them if you want them. The living room couches were very comfortable. There are no games, cards, dvd players. The TV is on demand, so we watched regular shows on our computer. The beds were the best I’ve ever slept on in a rental. The furniture seemed fairly new and in good shape. The pool area is nice. The landscaping in the back needs a little TLC. The front yard looks nice. They had several beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon in the garage. They had pool toys in the back yard. There is some traffic noise in the back because of the highway. It didn’t bother us because we usually turned on some music. It was quiet at night and neighbors were nice. I enjoyed my stay and would return. There’s a lot to do in the area and beaches are beautiful.

Review
When arriving at the property, the key code given didn’t work. The phone number listed to call was a business and no one answered. Luckily, someone pulled up to our house a couple minutes later. It was weird! The neighborhood felt safe. It was about half a mile to the beach which was nice. The pool heater didn’t work so we got our money back. Overall, it was a great stay! The only issue was the communication. It was difficult to get ahold of anyone.

Really nice but…..
The house and lay out is perfect. A great pool in the backyard. The beds were comfy and decor was great. Management was good to work with. There wasn’t a toaster or mixer in the house and they immediately delivered brand new ones which was wonderful. Negatives about our stay; 1) Something you should be aware of, there is a lot of road noise because it backs up to a busy road (98) but you do get use to it. 2) what was really really important to our family was that the pool was heated since the weather was cool and we had a toddler. Management promised the pool would be heated to 92°. The first two days the water degree was wonderful then the remaining days until the last day, the pool was too cold to swim in (80° ) . We paid $750 for the pool to be heated. We booked the home for eight days. We were able to use the pool three days. I complained about this issue, but it was never resolved. I requested consideration for a refund due to this broken promise. I received a message that it would be reviewed. As of December 8th , 17 days later, I have heard nothing about a refund due to a broken promise. This was very disappointing because otherwise it really is a wonderful property..

We enjoyed our stay! The size was perfect for our group. It smelled amazing and was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We were accessible to a lot. Plus we were near the beach! We wish the pool was heated, but we did not want to pay the extra $300.
