I loved my time here. It's clean, perfectly located right in the middle of everything. That being said... it's loud. They do give you ear plugs so use them if you need them. Not only is there alot of partying noise from the nearby venues, but the church behind there starts their bells at 6:30am and seem to just keep going on and on. If you are a light sleeper, pls consider this.

Beautiful restoration. The hotel is beautiful. Looks onto a beautiful plaza, near everything in Casco Viejo. Staff are great. Food was a bit disappointing, but the dining room was wonderful, and the adjoining jazz bar was fun.

My stay at the American Trade Hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The location was unbeatable, but my favorite part was my room. Starting the day with coffee and a croissant on the balcony was incredible, and ending it with a glass of wine there before dinner was perfection. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The American Trade Hotel is the perfect get away to enjoy Panama. The area around the hotel is clean a safe with endless choices of bars and restaurants within walking distance. At night the streets come alive with activity. The only negative comment would be the room in which we stayed on the plaza side was loud within the room until 12:00am.
