Noel at front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great reasonably quiet location. We was a little disappointed that a room attendant even after request did not refresh our room we had to go to front desk for extra wash cloths, towels and by the time we left trash cans were running over. I will miss BW Plus Panama City

Well, my time in Panama City is finally coming to an end after a few false starts. I can honestly say that this hotel is a very positive memory of a time spent, ill, away from home. The staff has always been top notch and the property is always pristine. But what sticks with me is how staff remembered me when I’d stop back in for a few nights sojourn, the generous late checkout on days when I had bad medical news and the overall compassion of the staff. Thanks to everyone who gave me a home away from home.

We stayed for 3 nights in a suite. We had to request toilet paper and our room was not serviced. The suite bedroom was located next to the elevator. Because of this, I could hear people talking from the hallway and the elevator going up and down all night. I did not sleep well at all.

Our room was so dirty. There was jelly on the chair and floor and I don’t think the room was vacuumed. The duvet had stains, looked unwashed and there were coffee splatters in the sink. The water pressure was also very weak.

This was our second time staying here, and definitely will not be our last. The hotel is close to several dining options which is a plus. The IHOP is open 24hrs and is a one min walk from the hotel, and there is also a 24hr gas station in the same parking lot as the IHOP. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is always super friendly. The free breakfast is great if you have kids, or like to eat breakfast. The rooms also have Keurig style coffee makers, so if you drink coffee bring your favorite K-cups! There was only one issue with room 225, and that was that the heater did not work. The unit would only blow cold air. Luckily it wasn't cold enough in the room to complain. However I probably should have brought it to their attention so they could address the problem. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area, and are needing a room! Keep up the great work!
