We stayed at a 3-Bedroom Villa for 2 nights. 1. When arriving (at 00:30) no one was at the reception, even though we called twice to make sure the hour is OK (they say the reception is 24/7). We had to wait for about 10 minutes until someone came to check us in. 2. The room had no shampoo and only had soap block. 4 small ones for 6 people who need to shower and to wash hands! 3. The AC in the master bedroom did not work. 4. The WiFi in the room did not work. 5. The lights in the pool did not work. 6. We only had 4 blankets for 6 people. Needless to say - we went all to way to the reception (there's no phone in the villa) to ask our problem to be fixed. After much convincing the guy at the reception came with us to show us how to turn on the AC - he did not succeed. He told us there's nothing he can do about the AC, no one can fix it now, only in the morning (he didn't care that the weather is extremely hot and we need to sleep somehow, we ended up moving the mattress to the living room to sleep), same thing for the WiFi and the pool lights. When we asked for blankets his answer was "Does it look like I have blankets here?". Again, we ordered a room for 6 people! We asked to speak to the manager in the morning - no manager ever talked with us. In the morning someone came to fix the WiFi and the AC. No one came to fix the lights, bring us blankets, soap, shampoo or anything. The guy at the reception was unbelievably rude and I can't believe he works in this business.

Spacious Villa in which we stayed, cleaning done every alternate days. 2-3 English channels, large kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. Its about 2-3 miles outside of the main city but if you have a car then no issues.

No wifi in the rooms..... everything else is fine, we had an excellent view

Nice view of the Mediterranean from up above.

The pool was nice as was the view. The accommodations were VERY simple- only one towel for each person and the kitchen facilities with the bare minimum. An apartment for two didn’t even have 2 matching glasses.

Very comfortable

Although the complex is away from most attractions it is in a beautiful place with nice views. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The young man named Jake went out of his way to help us.

Far from everything and lots of loudbritish people

First night we came the reception was strange, they didn't talk to us much. Then we got in to the bar and there was really rude and young british waiter who was more intrested talking to other british people than serve any drinks. When he served us he told us to get the drinks by ourselves from the fridge. This night was terrible and we thought to book another room from a different hotel. Becaude we didn't have much money we decided to stay. But sure we didn't go to the bar or breakfast or anything by the week. The cleaning lady was the most friendly person at the hotel.
