A beautifully stylish one-bedroom apartment- just minutes from the Palais Royal, the Tuileries and the Louvre.
The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. Through the spacious entrance hall, to the living and dining area on the right-hand side.
DINING ROOM
With modernist chairs surrounding the large wooden table, this dining space has the feeling of an art gallery, with white walls, lots of light and artworks lining the walls. There are French doors out to the balcony as well.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is open-plan from the dining space and offers a sofa, two velvet blue armchairs, a glass coffee table and a large spherical mirror. The room also includes a television, cool picture-frames and further doors to the balcony. The sofa can sleep 1 guest if required.
BALCONY
The balcony offers views to the surrounding architecture and outdoor seating- a great space to relax.
KITCHEN
On the left of the hallway is the kitchen, in monochrome colour-scheme. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay- including a coffee machine.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower and basin, all in white tiling.
WC
There is a separate WC next to the bathroom.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is light and spacious, with calming pictures hanging on the wall above the Super-King size bed. The room also includes a chest-of-drawers and a full-length mirror.
