I just spent my 30th birthday in Paris and stayed at Pullman Paris – it was amazing! From the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff, housekeeping, and in-room dining, everyone was so friendly and awesome. We lost one of our bags at the airport, but the staff assisted us in getting it straight back to our room, which was a huge relief. The whole experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Paris! Great location, nice room, and outstanding customer service!!

We were given a room with a broken air conditioning then changed room to a blocked sink. For the price we paid it is not worth the trouble. The in-room dining had very little options to choose. The only positive is is conveniently located to Eiffel Tower.

The minute you pulled up to Hotel Pullman & got out of your taxi, the stunning, iconic Eiffel Tower was looming in front of you!!! Amazing!! Even more amazing was, getting a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower!! Loved every minute of our stay. The staff was very friendly & attentive to our needs. This hotel is an awesome location for your first time. It puts you right at the heart of Paris and next to the Eiffel Tower. The view from the rooms and from hotel bar are a delight. An awesome restaurant and downstairs where you can walk out to the patio for more views of the tower. Walking distance to bakeries for morning coffees and great croissants. Easy Uber bikes, rides or taxis right from the front of the hotel make it convenient to go see any and all destinations Paris has to offer.

We arrived on an early morning flight from US and arrived at hotel at 7:45 am. The hotel offered the option of a temporary room until ours was ready. We took the temporary room and were glad we did - we didn't have to walk around Paris for 6 hours like zombies!

The hotel was just average. More than half the time I tried to call, I couldn’t get someone on the line, either front desk or room service. We paid over $3000 for just an okay service. I ordered room service for 7am because we had to be somewhere by 8am. The room service wasn’t delivered until 7:30am so we had to literally stuff everything down within 5 min - that was $74. There was just a lack of care in my opinion, the only thing you are paying for is the view and it is not worth the cost.
