The apartment itself was nice, bright and clean. My issue was the communication with the owner/property manager. When I texted that we were arriving by train and asked for information about how to access the apartment, I received photos of the gate and three parking spaces and no other information. When we arrived, I once again asked for the codes and received one that did not open the first door or the gate. I texted again and my daughter called and we received no reply. Finally, Rafaella just sent us contact information for another host who gave us the codes.
There was no hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom and when I inquired, was told that a packet of soap and shampoo was on the counter. One packet for three people staying four days. I bought soap at a nearby grocery store.
There was a coffee maker with pods that did not fit.
On the day we checked out, the cleaning people showed up an hour before check out and kicked out my daughter who was there alone for the night.
It's too bad the communication and attention to detail is so lacking because the apartment itself is pretty nice.
