Perfect Size & Location
This beautiful home was the perfect size for 3 couples and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. Plenty of gathering space for all of us in the common areas. The toddlers had great fun exploring the toy basket in the downstairs family room! That was a great touch! The adults agreed the location was perfect for getting to our favorite spots in Carmel.The entire group agreed this was one of our favorite rentals in Pebble Beach. Instructions for accessing the property were very easy to follow and the property manager was exceptionally responsive when we had questions.

Perfect Pebble Beach stay!
This was the excellent home base for us to attend a Pebble Beach wedding and activities over the weekend. Great communication leading up to check in. We had no issues parking or finding anything and getting ready for the pre-wedding event in Carmel and the actual wedding. The house has a cute deck that we enjoyed breakfast on, soaking in the warm sunshine. Enjoyed waking up to the beautiful foggy Del Monte forest every day. Loved the no shoes policy, it's what we do at home and the floors feel so much cleaner.

The house was a great size for it family. Beds were comfortable, living area was great (open concept). The cleanliness was underwhelming, lots of spider webs, some of the sheets & towels were stained. Hair was on accent pillow(s). Many home repairs seem to be needed. One door lock was broken, faucet leaked onto counter, a note to not open one of the doors, etc.

Great weekend
We really enjoyed our stay in Pebble Beach, close to everything and lots of room for multiple families. There's a downstairs area if you want a seperate living space, lots of room down there. The upstairs living area is very comfortable with a huge kitchen and lots of cooking utinsels. The only drawback we found was the kitchen utinsels were a bit disheveled, probably from many families coming and going and never having them sorted. Some of the doors were not usable because of broken locks, the house could probably use a handy mans special touch. Thank you to Virginia and Rick

Very Reasonably priced for location and function. Driveway is VERY steep. You will appreciate 4x4 or all wheel drive to fearlessly navigate getting out of the garage and up to the street. Yukon or Tahoe will fit in garage for off loading those who can not walk down stairs or a steep driveway. XL or Suburban will not fit in garage if you close roll up door. It worked well for 4 couples. I would stay there again.

Beautiful House on 17 Mile Drive
I would absolutely recommend this vrbo. This was a great place for my family and I to visit for a long weekend. It was exactly as expected, with no surprises. Plenty of room in a well-decorated home that is very centrally located. Thank you for being responsive as well as flexible to allowing us to have an early check-out to begin exploring right away. We used this as our launching pad to biking 17 mile drive, great dinners in Carmel, wine-tasting, and exploring the beautiful California coast. Thanks again!

We enjoyed staying at your home, so much better than staying at a hotel. It was a lovely house with lots of space. My only problem was reaching things. Cabinets and shelves are very high and our family is on the short side. House is nicely decorated and very welcoming.

Excellent haven for family during US Women's Open
This beautiful hillside home offered a cozy haven for family arriving from all over the US to watch grandniece's participation in the US Women's Open. After a long day of walking the courses, it was relaxing to "put up our feet", re-watch the day's events on TV around the sectional seating or spread out to the porch/deck. Many amenities, comfortable beds, and ample supply of towels. Family had not visited the Monterey peninsula before (except for us) so really appreciated close proximity to many sightseeing venues. 'Ohana really loved the time together! P.O. Virginia and P.M. Rick provided excellent communication that made this booking effortless!

Great vacation home
This was a great vacation home while visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium and surrounding area. The property was clean, comfortable, and large enough for our kids to have their own space. The home is inside the gated community that also serves as the beginning of the 17-mile drive around Pebble Beach. The instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow even when arriving later in the evening. The driveway is very steep but we parked in the garage at the bottom of the driveway, so it was not a problem. The neighborhood was quiet and deer wandered through on one of the days. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway within close driving distance of the surrounding areas.

What an amazing home! The house is very clean, well-appointed, and so comfortable. The pictures really do not do this house justice. It is larger than I expected, and even in the smaller bedrooms, there is plenty of room to stretch out. I would point out that the driveway is steep, and a low riding car (e.g. sports car) may have difficulty. SUVs and cars of normal height should not have problems, and street parking is always an option. We also noticed some noise from the road behind the property, but it was not excessive. The owner and property manager are absolutely delightful, and are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This is a wonderful property, and future guests should not hesitate to reserve it. I would definitely stay at this property again.

PERFECT for our group!!!
Finding a property that works for a family of 7 that starts with a 4-year-old little girl and goes all the way up to an 82-year-old with a walker is no easy task! LOL! The driveway IS challenging, however, I knew it was coming, lol, as Ms. Meadows was a great coach on how to handle this one obstacle for my dad. At the end of our 3-night stay we were all pros. LOL!! We were in the primary suite upstairs and the noise from the road was there...I'm an easy sleeper so it wasn't a big whoop for us at all, however, if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in this gorgeous room and super comfortable bed, bring what works for you...i.e. ear plugs, white noise, you know, whatever. It isn't a deal breaker, just a heads up. It was such a BEAUTIFUL stay...we hope to return sooner than later!! **Thank you for the beautiful welcome, as well...
