I will start by saying that once we got someone to give us the local employee’s name, she was gracious and tried to fix what she could— and she applied a refund to our account. That being said— Vacasa has the absolute worst customer cafe available— I called before we arrived and was on hold for almost two hours to ask a question about an advertised amenity. (Two days later, I got an incorrect answer from a person in Oregon )— The A/c Wasn’t cooling and they did get someone out promptly for that, but it was a simple mainentaince problem. The kitchen simk
Faucet was broken and ancient. The oven didn’t have a DOOR handle. The front storm door was broken and flailed constantly in the wind and would NOT latch. The furniture was old and worn and dirty. It was really not rentable. They did finally have a delivery for stove, but it wouldn’t fit without taking out refrigerator and removing doors, etc., so we asked that it be installed after we checked out. Also, the condo is directly across the street from a HUGE public access, complete with pavilions and a 300 car parking lot next door. 😳😳—
I guess the upside is that it is close to the National Park and that was lovely.
