The property was beautifully decorated. The host was easy to communicate with. We were at the property when a freak snow storm hit Pensacola and shut down the city. Our host reached out immediately to check on our well being. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The host allowed me early check in, which was amazing. I noticed there weren’t any trash bags besides the one in the bin, so I asked for some. The host brought me some by the following morning. Host has top notch communication and is very responsive! I left one star off because I did notice spots that were missed during cleanings and I wish there was a vacuum left (there is a broom, swiffer, and mop) along with cleaning supplies like clorox wipes. Also, you strip the beds and leave that in the laundry room, which is fine! But I leave so early when I travel two small kids by myself, so it’s a little inconvenient for me. Overall, I would rebook this property in future!!

Wonderful stay at Marks property. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable, easy check in and great communication. Great quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat nearby and just a 15 minute drive to downtown Pensacola. Highly recommend Marks place!

Family stay visiting college daughter
We had an excellent stay while visiting my daughter who cheers for UWF. Everything about this property and the owner Mark was amazing and exactly as listed. Mark was very engaging from the moment we got to the property and I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful the property itself was. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. I would definitely book this property again when we come to visit my daughter in the future.

From the check in process through the stay and the check out this was one of the best stayed we have had at any stay. Thank you to both host for all their information and follow up. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We felt right at home! Host even followed up with us that we made it back home safe! Thank you we will return for sure! Comfortable stay, great communication!
We only stayed two nights, but the house was clean, updated, and nicely accommodated our small group of ladies and young teen girls. We were only in Pensacola for a couple of days to help a friend move into college and we were very busy, so we only prepared one meal in the home, but there were all of the tools and cookware that we needed. The coffee bar was a nice feature!

UWF PARENTS, very convenient
We were at the house for our daughter's move in to UWF and it was the perfect place for everything. Next to her condominium, next to UWF without traffic, all the facilities we need. The neighborhood is simple but super calm and safe. The house was very clean, spacious for 4 people. The backyard helped us a lot because we went with our dog. House well equipped for cooking. The only negative point ( but not a problem at all) there are no windows in the kitchen or living room, I personally need sunlight into a house. We had personal unforeseen circumstances and the owner of the house was very helpful and helped us a lot, always quick to respond and help us. It was certainly our best choice for these important days for our family.

Close to University of West Florida
We booked this property because we were moving our kids to Pensacola from Idaho to go to University of West Florida. This was a very clean property on a quiet street. The sleeping arrangement was great for 2 couples, but cold have easily slept more with the pull out couch and twin beds in one of the rooms. We will definitely like to stay here again when we travel back to see our kids.

Good location in Pensacola - comfortable for family of 6
This property appears to be recently updated with good amenities. It has a functional kitchen to cook meals and 2 bathrooms to give space between parents and children. It was clean and comfortable for me and my wife and 4 kids. My only complaint is that the master did not have a fan (den and kids room both have ceiling fans).

I’ve stayed at my fair share of vacation rentals and this rental was perfect for our needs. It was the first time for my family to stay at a vacation rental and are sold on it. My niece said the bed in the front bedroom was one of the most comfiest beds she has ever slept in. Perfect location to everything we needed and the Mexican restaurant around the corner is AWESOME, so awesome we ate there 2 nights in a row, and they had buy one get one free margaritas!!

Kozy on Kipling provided the perfect place for our family to stay while taking a college tour of UWF and checking out downtown Pensacola. Everything you see in the pictures is accurate and very beautiful! Plenty of space, two bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and coffee bar were all appreciated! Mark was easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay at Kozy on Kipling. Home is beautifully remodeled. Perfectly clean. Has every appliance you could want, including an espresso machine. Owner supplied everything needed including K cups and coffee grounds, shampoo/conditioner, Tide laundry detergent and more. Location is perfect, near everything. Owner communication was A+. Super helpful and friendly. This is a great VRBO I highly recommend.

Very Kozy and Komfortable!
We had a GREAT stay at Kozy on Kipling! The one level townhome was perfect for our needs, a short drive to good restaurants and shopping, if you forgot anything. We loved the layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separated from each other by the kitchen/dining/living areas to allow for individual space. The house was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable for our needs.
