Never Judge a Book by Its Cover

The hotel is easily accessible to the interstate. It has nice, clean rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. Your vehicle is directly accessible from your room. Staff is very friendly. I felt safe here. Not necessarily "Bayview," you can't see the bay from your room, only from the front of the building. It is an older hotel, but I gave it a chance and I am very glad I did. I will be staying here again. We reserved 3 rooms for my family on this trip, including a toddler and 2 infants.

Not worth the money!

A lot of the outlets didn’t work. Beds were hard. We requested an infant bed for my two year old, they gave us a playpen that had clearly not been cleaned. There was a gummy in it, gum or a gummy stuck to the mat that the baby is supposed to lay on, and then a quarter fell out of it! My baby could have swallowed and choked on that quarter. Needless to say we did not use the playpen and he slept with us in the bed instead. The shower leaked the whole time, and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. I was very disappointed in what we got vs what we paid. It was not worth what we paid. Needs some serious updates. Everything looks super old and nasty especially the sofa/sofa bed. The pictures advertised are clearly from a long time ago, because it looks much worse in person than what is shown online. The free breakfast was pretty good though! Best part of our stay.

The staff was alright but I didn't like how we had to go to the front desk when we needed towels or toilet paper, I'm used to staying places where they bring it to you, then there was a fan in the bathroom but no switch to turn it on to clear the steam from showers, something that could inhibit mold growth. Some of the plug in outlets didn't work and there was garbage under the bed from previous guests. But the housekeeping service we had during the stay was great.

Comfy stay at a good price

The front staff were very friendly and super helpful. There is also a little lounge area with a pool table and arcade game which is unique. The common areas and my room were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Had a very good variety for breakfast. Not just junk. Will definitely be back.

PUBIC HAIRS IN SHEETS - 2 ROOMS!!

PUBIC HAIR IN SHEETS!! Went to my room and pulled back the covers to check the sheets for hair like I always do. Only to be surprised to find NUMEROUS pubic hair still in the sheets from the previous guests! They gave me another room, and a staff member came with me to make sure the room was clean. Only to find that room had hair in the sheets as well! So I had to get clean sheets myself and remake my own bed. What a day offer me as a discount for my inconvenience? A whopping 20% discount! Never going here again!
