Located on the heights of the sandy beach of Perros Guirec "Trestraou", water activities and shops within walking distance (less than 1 Km), in a quiet and residential area,
we offer a holiday house completely renovated in 2015 of about 100 sqm furnished in a spirit "LOFT", bright and pleasant to live including:
a large living room (LED TV - Baby foot) opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace facing south / west
a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, range hood, combined microwave)
two bedrooms (two beds of 140 and a sofa bed) with private bathrooms (large shower and vanity unit)
Wc with washbasin
laundry with Mal
SPA 5 pers with access bathroom in the summer cellar
A garden of about 200 m² closed by a gate, location car

Relaxing family break
My wife, 2 year old daughter and I all had a fantastic week at the bungalow in Perros Guirec. The open plan living space and garden were perfect for us and safe for our little one to play in, and the spa was a great way to relax after days out at the fantastic nearby beaches, zoos and gardens. Thank you to Laurence also for you help and making us feel very welcome.

Belle maison agréable avec emplacement pour le véhicule. Juste une suggestion manque de quoi poser ses affaires dans la chambre avec le lit en 140. La literie est confortable . Le séjour a été agréable mais il faut être véhiculé

Très bon séjour en famille avec une maison conforme à l'annonce. Bien placée pour découvrir la côte de granit rose ( le sentier des douaniers est à proximité de même que l'embarcadère pour visiter les sept îles ou l'île de Bréhat). Le baby-foot nous a permis de passer de bons moments avec nos deux filles et le jardin clos était sécurisant pour notre petit chien. Nous n'avons pas vu la propriétaire mais ses explications pour prendre possession des lieux étaient claires et des cadeaux régionaux avaient été laissés à notre attention. Dans les points négatifs, la literie d'une des deux chambres est vraiment à changer alors que celle de l'autre chambre est parfaite.Nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir une invasion de fourmis dans notre lit mais le problème semble connu car nous avons trouvé du répulsif dans l'un des placards. Certains équipements commencent à avoir un peu vécus comme le parasol, le jeu de fléchettes ( il n'y a plus que la cible) ou les fauteuils du salon plus vraiment confortables. Enfin, la propriétaire nous a reproché d'avoir eu deux alertes pour la consommation d'eau. Mes ados se sont lavées les cheveux les mêmes jours et je suis désolée si elles ont trop trainée sous la douche. C'est bien la première fois que nous recevons ce genre de message. Malgré ces quelques points, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil.

Maison au calme
Maison bien située, jardin agréable, dans une rue très calme proche de la plage (mais attention la pente est très raide et peut être pénible avec une poussette ou de jeunes enfants). Le séjour est très spacieux avec de nombreux rangements. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le baby-foot. En revanche nous avons trouvé les fauteuils/canapé peu confortables et en nombre insuffisant (nous étions 5). La literie de l’une des chambre est excellente mais l’autre très mauvaise. Le "canapé-lit" n’en en est pas vraiment un (pas de sommier), il peut convenir quelques jours à un tres jeune enfant mais mon ado a très mal dormi. La maison est globalement agréable (même si elle se transforme en fournaise dès que le soleil se montre) mais il manque quand même pas mal de petites choses et elle n’est pas adaptée pour 5 personnes.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec nos deux enfants de 2 ans et 2 mois. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la maison parfaite avec des enfants en bas âge (jardin plat et clôture et maison de plein pied). Séverine nous a gentillement mis à disposition un kit bébé. Nous avons également profité du spa pour nous détendre. La localisation était parfaite avec la plage à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture. La maison est également situé à quelques minutes à pied du sentier des douaniers. Endroit idéal pour faire de la randonnée ou une séance de running tout en profitant du paysage.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très agréable. Séverine a été très arrangeante et répondait rapidement aux questions via le site. Accueil chaleureux avec une bouteille de cidre en guise de bienvenue. Si je devais trouver un défaut il s’agirait de l’état des 2 fauteuils du salon. Je recommande cette location.

Schönes, geräumiges Familienhaus
Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Die Möbel sehr gepflegt und die Betten bequem. Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Küchenausstattung war umfangreich. Besonders der Kicker und die Dartscheibe wurden ausreichend genutzt, somit konnte man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut beschäftigen. Wir können empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Maison très agréable et très propre à 900m de la plage et de tous commerces. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi et le baby-foot ! La literie était aussi de très bonne qualité. Belle et agréable maison pour séjour en famille
La maison est bien placée dans Perros Guirec. Quartier résidentiel calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en février avec nos 2 garçons de 10 et 13 ans. Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi pour se détendre le soir, les parties de baby foot et les attentions laissées par la propriétaire à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Wohnlage. Das Beste? Laurence!
Familie mit zwei Kindern (9 & 12), 2 Wochen August / September 2017 Haus mit äußerst großzügigem Koch-/Ess-/Wohnraum in neuwertigem Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gut ausgestattete und wertige Küche, aber ohne Backofen. Trotz entsprechender Objektbeschreibung und Fotos folgende Hinweise: Die beiden 190 cm langen französischen Betten haben hohe Fußenden, das macht es für größere Personen etwas eng. Jeder der beiden Schlafräume hat einen offenen Duschbadbereich, jeweils ohne WC. Es gibt 1 WC. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem Haus und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Und das Beste ist der Kontakt vor Ort: Die wunderbar fröhliche und unkomplizierte Laurence begrüßte uns mit einer solchen Warmherzigkeit, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und zuhause fühlten.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in Perros-Guirec verbracht und uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Perros eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir bedanken uns bei Frau Morellec für den schönen Aufenthalt und den netten Kontakt.
