Decepcionante para um hotel de rede!
Os quartos são pequenos no padrão Ibis, até aí, ok! O problema é que, como são em dois blocos, para acessar o quarto precisamos pegar um elevador, atravessar um corredor, pegar uma escada íngreme e depois outro elevador. O pessoal da recepção é atencioso e o manobreiro Henrique é muito gentil, mas o hotel deixou furos. No quarto eu relatei que a tampa do vaso estava solta e não havia shampoo no dispenser no chuveiro. Falaram que iam corrigir e nada. Esse Ibis de Petrópolis precisa melhorar bastante!

Chegamos no hotel e nos colovaram em um quarto que nao estava limpo, completamente sujo inclusive com urina no vaso e o sexto de lixo cheio de papel. Reclamei e imediatamente nos trocaram de quarto. Esse novo estava todo limpinho porem o problema era o ar condicionado que estalava a noite toda. Tive que desligar para conseguir dormir. Reclaamei do problema, o tecnico foi ate o quarto, mas precisa de tempo para analisar e identificar o problema do ar no quarto 253. Fora a ladeira que temos que sobir e descer a pe para buscar o carro no estacionamento. Terrivel. Tinham que fazer um acesso por dentro do hotel

Limpeza e manutenção precaria
Quarto pequeno e desconfortável, mas esperavel conforme padrao ibis budget. Predio necessita de manutenção, porta do quarto 151 so fechava com pancada forte, toalhas muito pequenas e desgastadas. Area de cafe da manha suja e precisando de manutenção. Hotel cheio e poucos funcionários, o que deixou muito a desejar no cafe da manhã. O acesso ao estacionamento é difícil mas conta com manobrista. Com hotel lotado precisava de mais funcionários.

Pontos positivos: quarto confortável para duas pessoas; silencioso; limpeza impecável; café da manhã muito bom, adoramos; diária de 6ªf para sábado (6/dez a 7/dez/2024) com ótimo preço. Pontos negativos: escadaria para chegar ao quarto (subimos com malas!...); a taxa de R$ 10,00 por guarda de mala após a estadia; valor exorbitante da diária de sábado para domingo (7/dez a 8/dez/2024).

Quando fiz a compra, o Cheq Inn no Hotel.com estava 12H. Qd cheguei no hotel falaram que era 14H. Fiz toda uma programação sem necessidade. Depois, aconteceu algum erro no sistema porque eu já tinha pago a diaria e de alguma forna nao foi detectado. Porem, foi resolvido. Mas é algo q desgasta. O estacionamento é o grande problema do hotel. Mt complexo de levar e vuscar o carro. Idosos nao conseguem. O quarto é excelente e o cafe da manha sensacional.

O hotel fica bem localizado, achei o ambiente muito agradável, porém deixou a desejar no café da manhã e achei a escada para o último pavimento bastante desconfortável. Os quartos são ok. Mais o banheiro poderia ter mais conforto, não consegui um usar secador. Não tem ducha higiênica!

Vou compartilhar com o intuito de ajudar a melhorar. Existe um compartimento anexo ao prédio cujo acesso é por uma escadaria. Não sei como poderia melhorar isso, na minha opinião, ficou muito ruim. Possivelmente o hotel inicial era só em um prédio e para aumentar o número de quartos, expandiram pra um outro prédio. O banheiro também achei que poderia estar melhor, não tem janela e nem exaustão. Até podem manter as condições do jeito que estão mas o valor e o nome Ibis ficaram comprometidos no meu ponto de vista que escolhi justamente porque achei que não teria erro. Péssimo local
Quartos pequenos, sem frigobar. TV sem grande variedade de canais. Banheiro pequeno, toalhas não são macias. Não tem armário, apenas uma cadeira e uma pequena mesinha. A cama é confortável, o travesseiro nem tanto. Não tem edredom, apenas manta de microfibra. O hotel tem 2 blocos e, para acessar o segundo bloco, é necessário pegar um elevador, percorrer um longo corredor, subir um grande lance de escadas e pegar outro elevador. Acessibilidade ruim até para quem não tem limitações. A pior parte é o estacionamento: Fica em uma ladeira extensa e extremamente íngreme, sem acesso por dentro do hotel. O manobrista não se oferece para buscar o carro, fica no celular o tempo inteiro. Só descobri que tinha manobrista no último dia. Porém, já havia subido e descido a ladeira gigante, na chuva e com malas no dia anterior, porque a recepção também não avisou da existência de manobrista. Café da manhã bom, com boa variedade. Salão com poucas mesas e poucos funcionários para limpar. É um lugar para ficar caso o hóspede queira apenas um lugar para dormir, pois não oferece muita comodidade, não é acessível e fica distante do centro turístico.
