This property is fine for a short stay. It’s very convenient walking distance to love park for their Christmas market. I’m not overly thrilled with the hotel but it’s nice enough for a night or two and this was our second year booking with them. A couple days after checking out, I received a charge on my card from the hotel. There was zero communication, no email, text, call or message through Expedia letting me know why I was being charged extra money. I find this incredibly unprofessional and it makes me reconsider booking here in the future.
