I loved my stay at Days lnn. Its very accessible to everything . Access to restuarants and its close to fun places in center city to check out like covention center and reading market.

Avoid avoid avoid. Most of the hotel rooms only have ‘windows’ INTO the hallway of the hotel. Felt so old and dank, and the block is dark and has some sketchy people hanging around it. Only positive was that the front desk attendant was very kind and understanding and helped me refund my stay as I did not feel safe staying here.

The picture online don’t live up to the actual property. The staff was nice the room had no window and was small. It is good for one night stay in a clean space. Would not revisit or suggest. But I’m not too impressed with Philly anyway

I received a message the morning of check in telling me there was an issue with my credit card and that I had 24 hours to resolve. I called the property that afternoon and was told that the reservation was still in place and could take care of when I arrived. When i arrived I was told the reservation was canceled that morning. They had already given my room to someone else so I had to sit in the lobby and rebook the last room they had available through my phone. The person working that evening was very nice and did what she could. The person working the day shift stinks. When we got back from the Rocky Run on Saturday, we got to the room and the key card didn’t work for the room. I went back to the lobby told what happened. Without saying anything, she took the keycard and gave me two new ones. I said thank you and she said “yup”. Not the end of the world but maybe consider finding a different role for this person where she can be left alone.

A Windowless Box
My family and I were staying one night. The room did not have a window to the outside. It had a window that went to the hallway. None of the outlets that were connected to the lamps worked, which meant I could not plug in my CPAP machine. The bathroom had missing and cracked grout. The beds were uncomfortable. Just an overall dismal experience and this hotel needs major updates and renovations.

Walking up to the property could be a little scarry... Homeless men congregated on the sidewalks, they were nice and not dangerous. The outside of the building looks average, kind of run down. But ounce you enter the place it is really nice. Especially, for a budget hotel. The hall are extremely well kept and modern. The rooms are very nicely decorated, new, and very clean. The place was centrally located, quick access to the trains, convention center, and all the historical sites/museums. The overall staff and service was great. I am definitely coming back to stay here again!!!

The rooms and everything in them, were really clean. The hotel it self is clean, no smoke smell insde.. Staff excellent. However my rooms did not have a refrigerator. My first room had some sound that was coming from the wall. And when i reported, next day they transfer me to another room. It was good. My problem was people standing and smoking near the entrance of the hotel. Rather than that i had a great stay.
