There were people hanging outside seemingly intoxicated or on drugs. The passageway on the second floor where we were smelled like stale urine. The first couple of times we were they was a better stay. The breakfast was good though

Nasty Chinese who wanted to fight me because I ask
When I was leaving on Thursday 11/14 I asked the person behind the desk for a bottle water - Chinese guy looked at me and said you have to buy and pointed to the water display- I said gee thanks and gave him my key and room number. I proceeded to get coffee and the Chinese guy behind the desk started screaming sir what’s your room number as if he wanted to fight me. I gave him my room number second time. On Friday I looked at my credit card he charged me for the water that I did not take plus tax $4.20 on my bill. I hate to say it I stay at the Hampton all the time - you just lost a customer due to a rude nasty customer service person. I will call and get my money back for a non purchased water. Please review your video on Thursday @ 10:00 am to prove my point.

Glad We Stayed
We debated leaving for our road trip early in the morning or late to stay over night. We decided to stay. We arrived late and exhausted from a long day and long trip. The service at the front desk was friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean.
