Questionable Safety Issues

I think it's a shame that housekeeping can automatically come into your room w/o requesting anything while you're out. They also keep knocking on your door to see if you're ready to check out. Mind you, check out is 11am. Why are they knocking on the door between 8:00am-9:00am. I now worry about safety at this hotel since I was told that someone requested items from my room when everyone was out of the room at the same time...Hmm? They did not follow up as promised.

Bad customers service , very rude staff. And it felt unpleasant they constantly kept checking our bags and ID even when you are a hotel guest. I rather sleep under a bridge than this spot . Waste of money !! Don’t do it

When I received my confirmation email I realized I had made a huge mistake. When I booked the room it was after 12am on Feb 16 therefore it said it was available. However when I saw that I couldn’t check in until 3pm later that afternoon I went directly to the front desk clerk and politely explained that I misunderstood the times. I asked if could please cancel my reservation and receive a refund to try and book another hotel. I had been drinking and the weather was bad it wasn’t safe timk drive home. Needless to say they refused to refund my $ and I was forced to sleep in my vehicle!!!

Stayed overnight for an in house concert. Love this hotel because of its convenience to all the stadiums. Staff is always very nice and accommodating. Only drawback is that it seems like anywhere you walk in the casino it smells of cigarette smoke :(

The room and casino were spotless! Bed was comfortable and the shower was updated and soothing. I enjoyed sharing the Superbowl with other Philly fans. The staff was very accommodating - thank you Cesca for being the first to welcoming me to Live!

Flyers game

Convenient hotel to stay at while going to any of the stadium venues in Philly. Hotel is clean and comfortable with a few different dining options to choose from if you don’t want leave the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Caps beat the Flyers!

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. We came with my older sister to bring her to a professional hockey game and a casino. The room was a little warm but we figured out how to turn the fan on to circulate the air. The one set of pillows we used were very lumpy but the second set was very comfortable. The one thing I do not like is the coffee selection…you should have a choice between cappuccino’s or regular coffee. It is not a game changer I will stay there again.
