You get what you pay for
The lady at the front deck was short with me. She said they over booked and did not have the room I paid for. We ended up taking a room with one bed, because I have asthma and can not sleep in a smoking room. The room she gave us was still under construction because part of the ceiling was fail. The bed and bath was clean but the floor could have used mopping. But I booked late and had to take what I could fine the town was busy that weekend. The over all build seam to be working on for some wing was closed off .

Stayed twice. No hot water either stay. During the first stay the wooden towel rack had dirt and blood on it. When I arrived for my second stay there was a roach in the bathroom. I changed rooms and as in both stays the corners in the bathroom and in the room had built in dirt in the corners. All the rooms we stayed in needed a general upgrade.

The property is in need of maintenance in a dire way. Exit / security doors were unsecured. The hallways were filthy. My room had a foul odor to it. It was clean but everywhere else on the property I was met by unpleasant odors pretty much everywhere. Then night shift attendant unpleasant, I seem to be an inconvenience. The morning shift attendant was the complete opposite. Very kind and cheery. Until maintenance and property upgrades I wouldn’t recommend the property.

They claimed that our room smells like sex but we haven’t had sex in the room and they threw out an senior citizen when we are here visiting and our car is broken down they knew this and still thew is out when we was paying our money

A strange amount of hair was on the bathroom faucet and in the tub. That said, the bed was clean & reasonably comfortable, heat worked well—right off the interstate and was decently quiet on the side away from the road noise. Weird entrance location, without Siri, would’ve had trouble getting to it, when it appears it should be just off the exit ramp. Would choose a different option if there would be a next time in the area.

Why I don’t care for Motel6
The motel had a stronger order in it. Even the clerk and the housekeeper. Manager was complaining about the smell. Had to ask for towels from housekeeper. My first room restroom had water all over the floor and toilet didn’t flush. They moved me to another room which was better.”

For the price, the room was acceptable. I would give the hotel a better rating if the hallway carpet was not so filthy. It appeared that no one has vacuumed the halls in a very long time.

Always a good choice if you have dogs.
Purpose of my stay was basically to have my dogs with me during Thanksgiving at my sister’s home in the local area. My kids slept over as all of their cousins were there. I booked a room because my sister also has 2 dogs. Our dogs would not likely get along under the same roof. Very comfortable stay with my 2 dogs (rescues; 3yo and 50lbs each). Not all Motel 6 locations are the same. But I’m happy to say this is a clean property. This one has an elevator to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. I would definitely book this property again.
