Service was good but rooms were pretty bad. Fridge and jacuzzi both were broken. Hallways of hotel are in bad shape and have an awful smell. Wouldn’t go to this place again.

There was a freezing draft coming in from around the door complained about it 3 times was giving a tail to PUT on round the bottom of the door nothing for the sides or the top where the cold air was coming in the heater was not working. Staff knew about it, the remote. The TV did not work. The 3 times that I complained about the door I complained about the TV and all he did was kept giving me a new remote, no. TV freezing how to sleep in winter clothes in bed. What I told front desk about these things. He just smiled and nodded his head. The worst experience in the lifetime of hotels ever. The place was new and upbuilt, but the windows. The door leaked and around the heater leaked. Freezing cold air Peter didn't work plus we've seen 2 bugs and he couldn't get it right that we wanted 2 beds. He kept giving me one bed. I've had to settle for one bed even after paying. For 2.
