First, the hotel is under construction so it is not clean. It is very dark and the pool area is filthy. It was VERY NOISY so my daugher, grandaughter and I were up until 330am. Then, the telephone to the front desk WAS NOT even attached to the desk, so we could not report the noisy disruption going on in one of the rooms near us. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Property looked worn. There currently performing maintenance, so I believe eventually it'll be up to par.. However unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. Bar was full of flies and I couldn't tell if my bathtub was dirty or stained.. bed was comfortable, so I'll give them that.

I understand the hotel was under construction but the draws in the room were all stuck and wouldn’t open. My mom fell out of her chair. The chair just fell apart while she was sitting in it.

I have been here for a little while since I am between homes, but I loved everything about this Hotel.When you walk in you can be taken back in time To Elegance and the Library Bar and Restaurant to the left, the front desk to your right, then the whole Lobby Opens up a high Atrium viewing all 6 levels zigzaging each or the 6 floors giving the floor State of the Art Pea Shape chairs, contoring to your back, complimented by topiary trees on each table in the center. If you look straight ahead you will see the Hallway to where all the individual rooms are reserved for any occassion you can think of, you have a large wedding venue, they can accomodate, you want a small office or family party, they have the room for it, the girls in the Office are great to work with very friendly and they will ease any stress you may have, they are very creative and have seen it all, all the staff here are super friendly and once you stay here once, you will be definately tell a friend, and we havent even made it off the ground floor yet.. The hotel has 2 pools inside and out, and in the Summer have discounted rooms for Sesame Place and even have a sesame place cookie decorating night, make sure you sign up at front desk... Each floor has a room, that has large icemaker, vending machine, and microwave, which isnt far from the rooms. Each Room also has refrigerator and coffee maker... the rooms are nice size with nice views of the property, from each Room. Oh yea, the Food here is Amazing! Enjoy!!
