Property was beyond our expectations. Friendly staff, very clean, tidy rooms. The best part was the pool area by far, so nice, big and a great way to spend your time in the sun. Location was convenient and not far from Oldtown Scottsdale, grocery store and food options not to mention the huge park across the street

Being a pet friendly resort

It was good! Your web site says pets but once there it says only service pets. It’s right next to a dog park. This should be a pet friendly place like the reservation says.

Needs a MAJOR update.

Hotel room was VERY outdated. I was shocked to see how the walls weren’t very appealing as incomplete or lack thereof patchwork was done behind the front door stop, and even in the bathroom. The walls looked in need of upgrading as they were bubbling and showed obvious signs of wear and tear. Also the doors didn’t really make me feel safe because even though they were closed and locked, the door still appeared to be just closed (probably was too heavy for the hinges). The curtains and the leather cover over the window where pealing and cracked, for the amount of money I paid for this stay I was just very disappointed in how outdated this property is.

Definitely not a resort. No breakfast option, no restaurant on property. The pool is pretty standard. The shower head will fillet someone with sensitive skin, and shower drain can’t keep up. Sheets and towels were pretty average. Great bargain for the price and the area is pretty nice with the city park right across the street. But definitely not a resort.

Rooms were old and small but clean. Expensive for what you get. No breakfast. We are traveling around Arizona for 10 days and staying at different hotels every night. So far this one has been the worst and yet the most expensive one. Go figure. Not impressed by it.
