The reservation system was the worst I have ever had to deal with. They had a verification system that was requesting all types of information I have never had to disclose including contact information for my additional guests and photo of my ID?! I had to go through it 3 times before they said they actually received it and I was the one to follow-up not the management company. They also expected the renter to print a copy of the parking permit at the time of check in while out of town. There was supposedly a link to the permit, but I was never able to find it in any of the areas they mentioned and had to request numerous times for them to send it to me. I was told there are businesses in the area where I could go to print it up. There are not! At least there is nothing even close to convenient, especially if you happen to come in later in the evening in an unfamiliar town. I will not rent from this company again. They also only give you one key fob for the door even though you can have 6 people in the room. You need the fob to get into the different areas of the building and to lock the apartment door. Not at all convenient. Master bed was also broke and the TV was missing the remote so unusable. Minor compared to the frustration of dealing with the company running this.
