Coded door lock didn't work. So after traveling all day, had to fight with Rebl that door lock was not working. Finally unlocked door remotely, but it took 20 hours to get someone out to it fixed, so we couldn't leave since we couldn't lock the door. Paid extra for heated pool, took 4 days for it to heat up, so only able to use it last 2 days. Had to call Rebl Management about 8 times, very slow to respond. It was too much work to stay here. For the cost of the rental, I was not impressed at all. We had 4 people, only seats for 3 in the living room. Only had use of 1 dish towel. No use of garage, which if able to use garage, no problem that door lock wasn't working. Nothing in the house made you feel like a guest. It was a big disappointment. The hot tub was the only plus. We have stayed at similar houses and never had any of these problems. It is not worth it. We had to start a load of laundry when leaving, but no laundry soap was available. so we couldnt leave .so we
